They could've done it. The original manga has a chapter shown from the Ren's (Rui in manga) point of view. It basically shows him moving on from the FL in a sweet but sad way.

Anyway, I still think it's odd that Milk-Love and Earth-Mix are all playing their old characters. Dew and Tu just stick out too much here. I'll still watch tho.

In the manga, she is repeatedly called plain or her body remarked as not developed enough. She’s even mistaken for a child at one point lol.

This is the same in the anime, but not so much the dramas.

Just finished the last ep. I really enjoyed this series overall and I’m happy GMMTV didn’t drag it to 16-22 eps like they sometimes do lol. I had been looking forward to this series since the mock trailer from last year. I knew it wasn’t going to be some masterpiece, but I knew it was going to be a fluffy drama with some angst. Got exactly what I expected.

I'll agree with you there that it was a bit draggy, but I still like it lol. GMMTV is making their series a bit too long lately, making them 18-22 eps when they should stick to 12-16.
