I really hope this one gets fully subbed! It was dropped and picked up again, but the new subber hasn’t updated in a long time. Crossing my fingers that it doesn’t get dropped again!
This one and Welkame seem very unpopular with asadora fans. [I guess 2009 was a bad year for asadora lol.] Nevertheless, I'm happy that fan translators still subbed both of these asadoras. I will eventually watch both but probably later on in my asadora journey.
Hi, your LJ says that you're a successor of pekochan? Since pekochan did machine translations, are your subtitles…
There’s no need to explain yourself so throughly since I only wanted to know if you did machine translations. I personally have decided not to support machine translations. In the future, maybe it’s better not to associate yourself with pekochan?
Anyway, thank you for deciding to sub Omusubi. I’m looking forward to this asadora.
i am picking this up for eng subs . release in 14 days cycles. more info: https://genius-subs.livejournal.com
Hi, your LJ says that you're a successor of pekochan? Since pekochan did machine translations, are your subtitles also machine translations? This is fine but I think you should let people know before they download.
Hello! Do you know how many asadoras there are in our current timeline/era?
I made list of asadora listed by time period: https://mydramalist.com/list/LOnmeWj1 So far only four asadoras, Okaeri Mone, Come Come Everybody, Chimudondon, and Mai Agare, have touched the 2020s (though the majority of it isn't set during that time. Like bloombloomz said, quite a few are set during the 2000s and 2010s.
Completely agree with your review. Personally, I think I would've liked Mare a lot more if it had been one of my first asadoras but I've now watched over ten. After being exposed to so many better MLs, it was very hard to like Keita though he wasn't so bad as a dad. The romance in this asadora is very much a dud and only had me wonder why does every [almost] asadora heroine have to get married (and usually have babies). I would've preferred this asadora to have her just focus on her career.
I just finished watching Mare, watching this is like a roller coaster filled with drama. There are times when…
Hi, friend! I finished Mare a few days ago. I ended up feeling the exact same way about it haha. Daisuke also ended up being my favorite. I really didn't like Keita that much lol. Also, I'm watching Toto Nee-chan right now and I'm liking that one a lot better than Mare :)
I’d appreciate if someone could tell where to download this. It’s on avistaz but I don’t want to download the entire series with it. Edit: finally just downloaded it off avistaz lol.
If anyone wants to watch this asadora, someone is seeding it on nyaa (https://nyaa.si/view/666115). I had to stop seeding due to space, but with even one seed you'll probably be able to download the entire drama within a week.
Idk why there's "outrage" over historical inaccuracies when shows like Bridgerton exist. Honestly, I've never seen or read a historical fiction movie, TV series, book, etc. that I wasn't able to pick apart even when I wasn't familiar with the topic lol. In reality, focusing on the historical inaccuracies of a piece of fiction takes all of the joy out of it.
Anyway, thank you for deciding to sub Omusubi. I’m looking forward to this asadora.
