This comment thread is everything! When the hate against phob was the loudest my heart ached for this character even more. It just showed how quickly ppl judge and condem other ppl without truly reflectin on the whole picture of things in a holistic way. And how most viewers are watching shows only on a surface level without thinking deeply about all the nuance of what we are witnessing on screen. (And also most of them viewers are (pre-)teens anyway so there is some maturing to do 😅)
That said I realy need justice for Phob and that intails Vasiline and Chat buried in the earth (even if that is going to hurt Tin) atp I think this is the only way they both will finaly have a break! I swaer if the ending scenes are not them beeing lovey dovey and finaly jappy together I am going to riot

The only thing I would have maybe want to see is how I Chan chased after Cheung A or maybe how she fought to stay by his side when her father planed to go overseas! Also would have loved to see her reacting to I Chans los of hearing and seen how she suported him. Also would have loved to see a bit of Eun Yu's and her mother's life after she came back and how she changed it.
But I know that would have been maybe a bit much, or at least an episode more hahaha
No but realy this was realy brilliant and I loved it! Esp after all the more heavy topics and heartbreaking scenes, the way I cried in the later ep was unreal, suprised myself how much it touched me, this final healed everthing and made it worthwhile to watch till the end

I saw sooo many clips online about this series and was very intrigued by it, soo happy I finaly watched it!

Now let me dive into dispair that I just binged this series in one go and don't know what to do with myself unti the next series: When lives gives you tangerines. Tissues are ready

Naah I just finished ep14 😭😭😭😭😭😭 how is this a comford show for some of you? I cried my eyes out at this ep! 😭😭😭

I've been bingewatching this the whole day, currently on ep9 and I can't stop watching! I just love it sooo much, it is realy the absolut best and I know understand why it was so hypped when it first aired!
Soo happy I finaly gave this a chance and didn't stick to my "I only watch bl dramas" bullshit bc this is truly such a joyfull watch and a very intriguing story which is well execuded so far. Yes there are plotholes (might get resolved yet, I haven't watched the whole thing yet) and things here and there which don't make sens or don't add up but it is a timetravel story which are very complicated to begin with and can get very messy. So far they are doing well that I can overlook the inconcruent parts of it. And the father son duo are just such a joy to watch! Also I realy feel for the mom, it breaks my heart her father is such a scumback for not teaching her sign language. He is literaly silencing her and that step mom needs jailtime! It's child abuse at its finest! I broke down when Eun Gyueol cried for her. He was soo broken to see his mom like that! Such a gentle soul.
I am really hoping it all works out for his parents and they end up together but that part is the least interesting part for me. I do not particulary care for the romantic relationships in this - curtasy of becoming a bl watcher, since than straight relationships just are boring to me, don't get invested anymore - and care more about them individualy and also father son and mother son relationships.
Also this show is sooo funny!

Well remeber when the shaman said to QL 3 ppl close to him had to die for him to finaly be happy. First it was sister Lan which was a hugh blow for him bc she was like a mother to him, then his brother QT probably the biggest blow of them all not only to QL but to us viewers bc he died just after wanting to live againg after years of fighting depression and suffacation in guilt he shouldn't even have to shoulder ( I am clearly still totaly heartbroken about this 💔 probably the biggest sens of loss and grieve I ever felt over a fictional character dying, felt like my own brother died), to the last on beeing Shi Yuhao, QL first love with which he had a very entangled and complicated relationship bc of the various ways SY wronged him multiple times but in the end they got closure and SY still ment a lot to him.
After all that, he finaly finaly got his happy ending with CY finaly coming back to him after 5y of waiting!
Zelia you truly are a master of storytelling, I bow to you 👏👏

Boa this is seriously pissing me off! Again jet had to ruine everything! And what is up with the plot, it all is just repeating itself again from when they were students 🙄 I hate when it is an endless cycle of breaking up and geting back together even when there is a time jump in btw. Seems like tge get back together next ep anyway 🙄! Honestly best part about this show is jean atp 🙈 I said what I said.

Yes it keppt me on my toes in s1. O just recentely binge watched it bc I couldn't stop. I don't know how ppl waoted a whole week for next ep while it was airing! I do not have the pain of waiting a whole week for next ep in s2 though. Just not the same

So what annoyed me is that the culprit turned out to be the ex girlfriend 🙄 hated that yet another woman was painted as the villan of the story and mentaly unstable bc a man left her - or she left him, whatever bc of a man! All that story with the contract and tempering was all just a misdirect on the end and I was disapointed bc this was actually the most engaging part of the whole series and it turned out to be actualy not relevant at all for the murder case. I would have much rather prefered if the company owner or the manager was behind it all! I thought the group wanting zo leabe the company could have been a very good motive. The owner actualy used Laik since he was 10y old and was very manipulativ and gaslighted the hell out of him! In the end he got off way to easily!

So this is the first non bl k-drama I watched and even though there is thinks that annoy me (I will write this in a spoiler tag comment below) this was such a suprising fun watch! The suprising part is that ever since I started watching queer dramas, straight romance stories just totaly lost their appeal to me and yes the main leads romance scenes didn't give me butterflies and I wasn't that invested in their love story as much as when I watch bl but this show was in a way soo funny and the murder plot realy intriguing I just kept watching.
Glad I didn't skipped this just because it is not a bl and I truly enjoyed it. Will def give other non bl k-dramas a chance. I heard good thinks about Twinkelin Watermelon and When life gives you tangerines (yes I know that one is heartbreaking) and both are on netflix and I am of work till next wednesday and I t is raining and I have nothing to do so I know my plans are now 😁

I am also wondering if Chian archived all those post with 4mod and covered his 4Mod Tattoo and changed his licence plate bc he didn't want to be seen as a fanboy staning 4Mod -so his own choice to do that - or if it is 4mod's company who kinda suggested it now that 4mod seamed to have debuted as a t-pop idol and having a boyfriend isn't ideal.
