Well ... that final was... disapointing to say the least. This series had so much potential and started out soo good but in the end it didn't deliver. So many plotholes and just so many things which didn't made sens at all where even with the peak acting and chemistry of fortpeat I couldn't ignore unfortunately. Not even excited for the hint at the end there might be a season 2 ... the final just made me glad it is over now π although I kinda wouldn't mind seeing fortpeat act the shit out of this characters again even with this messy plot. They were the only bliss this series had at the end.

Rn my theory is maybe Solar was kidnapped as a kid and his mom isn't actually his bio mom but the one who kidnapped him. Ugh Tim is infurating! With every ep after the wedding he is getting more and more on my nerves not reconising the way he hurt pai and still is hurting him by forcing to be next to him and forcing for Pai to fall in love with him again. Esp this eps was infurating!
Mmh is it just me or is anyone else also thinking Solar's mom knows more that she told? I found it kinda sus, why isn't she giving a full explanation of what happend to Solar as a kid instead of "his father left when he was a kid". I mean there should be more to ist right? Yes soooo many freaking amazing scenes in the book and everyone who only watches the series realy miss out π mind you I am absolutely no avid reader at all and actualy very slow too, I hardly read tbh and have soo many unfinished books but sometimes you come across a book which have that story where you are just hooked and keep reading and have to finish it and this is def. one of these rare ones. I felt the same about the flashback btw arthit and his mom and I actually blame the actor playing the mom tbh π don't think she was good for playing this roll, it's not even the lack of american accent trowing me of its her acting. Both western looking actors in this series are kinda lacking in acting ability unfortunately. The english dude playing Dao's daddy is throwing me off to. Both those actors just feel like they are reciting lines and not acting.

I am a few chapters ahead of the series and wow, they shortend the whole travel to the US drastically which in some ways I kinda get but also don't bc it is really an importanted part of why Arthit feel for Dao. Like in the book they actually went to 3 dif places in the US: Hawai, LA and San Francisco (if my memorie serves my right) and they not only visited their homes but also Hospitals and cemetry where Dao even got attacked by a gost and endured severe energy loses, got sick and was constantly pushing himself. All of which impressed Arthit and made a hugh impact on the way he saw and felt about Dao. But the main thing is in the series, that Dao helped him with his mom. And the series and actors are doing a fantastic job at portraing these characters and I freaking love it! So I do get it why they have to shortened the story bit it is still a shame π there is still a lot more to come and I cant wait to see how they adapt this on screen! There are soo many parts wher eI would love to see NgernOat act out so let's hope this scenes will be in the series too
Ok but brushing over Kelvin Bipolar disorder diagnosis was a bit ... I don't know. Mental health is a big theme in this series, which in itself is a good thing that should be more represented but the way it is portayed in here ... well I am no expert but beeing bipolar doesn't explaine or justify what Kelvin did .. or does it?! They just brushed over this diognosis too. We still have one ep to go so let's see how it is handelt furter. But OMG I am so happy Kelvin is finaly going to therapy π much needed! I am still unsure if I like the way the story is going. It looks like Kelvin and Vier are finding a way back to each other and I am not as opposed to it as I was a few ep ago bc as someone in the comments below already wrote, Vier does have a few red flags signs too.
