They did abort the baby.
Honestly that whole thing was a mess. She did abort because if you have watched the movie completely you'll know during that PLOT TWIST it was shown that she was experiencing all those things a pregnant women does and she cries once abortion is done so she needs someone to go thru it but her boyfriend wasn't there but that other hyeok.

The title of article was kinda misleading like "Game changer" I was curious to know what you found in "Vincenzo" for it to be game changer but that question itself was answered
