They had a base of their love....but it never had a chance to grow into any fruitation
The scene of the girl in heaven dying is a big clue....love was enough....it wasn't wrong and she'll die for it.
I understand why YY had to do what he had to do.
I also understand why YD is sooo hurt. She sacrificed half of her heart, being accused of poisoning someone, her sister betray her, the ML whom she love and trust "seem" to blame/betray her and love is wrong....
With all these assaults happening to her....

Hence why the "HEAVEN" ppl need to go through these trials to understand, work out these kink, have experiences and growth
How is Ying Deng taking in any way the spotlight or the story of the main leads? I mean literally, everything…
I feel there is a differences in more screen times in certain episodes and stealing the spot light
She had a lil more screen time on certain eps..... but in no way she v is stealing their spot light.... their characters is too good and they still shine
For example.. .if you're a good character... you can steal the spot light with the lack of screen time

For me 90% of dramas drag....esp chinese costume drama
I mostly watch 24 ep costume and even that drags for me...
C drama is notorious for filler ep....
If it's a filler with main leads.. ..it's sometimes good and tolerable
1 of the few long drama i watch with barely FFW was nirvana in fire...and it took my 3rd time trying to watch it b4 it hooked me
I agree they need more leads interactions here....because they are hilarious/entertaining.
I feel for all dramas leads interactions should be at least 80%
