There is no clue in the novel that relates to this drama.

Both main characters are poor. Both have crappy parents. Female lead is older than male lead.
Both lack good communication skills and they have an ambiguous relationship. They broke up a few times.
ML is a student and an actor. One of the issue is the lack of communication and assumption they both just have. Male lead also shuts down how about his issue and that pushes female lead away.
One of the lines that I feel applies more to the novel than the drama is, is this just a script? Which is the blur line between the VR and reality. The drama depicts there relationship between the two worlds better than the novel. The novel can make it seem more ambiguous. The female lead was kind of obsessed? Fangirl of the ml. Which can be confusing because he doesn't know if she likes him for him or just his character in the game. But in the drama you can see that she likes him for him
Female leads friend is a mess. Her relationship with her husband is toxic and she is just chasing Fame as an influencer . She dates a bunch of guys. She's not serious about anybody. She's actually in love with the guy who runs the cafe but again these characters lack good communication.
I got to hand it to the drama script writer. They made a great major update for the better in this drama.

But both actor said they will have a good arch....or something like that
If it was a fair rivary...in your face....i have respect for that
But he will probably genuninely like FL since she has great qualities
I usually don't watch airing dramas....but i watched the coroner one and that's what happened

He hates ML and want to destroy him...more than a competition....dude is doing dirty tricks
If you are a fan, stay in your lane and just support the actors
It was a bit dramatic...always stupid issues and lots of misunderstanding and ambigious relationship
She initate the kiss at the cherry blossom....seems ML is gloomy about the memory of the past
I usually like repeat pairing...but for her, i want her to get as many diverse pairing as possible
