When you are on the film site, you can obv edit the status of the film, such as "Plan to Watch", "Currently watching", "Completed" etc. that is part of the General Setting. Right next to the General bit, there is the "Advanced" setting allowing you to choose the priority of the film/series and the start and finish date. The start date is the day that you put the drama or film on your list whereas the finish date should be the day that you changed the status to "completed"😊

when you go edit a film or series on your list, you can go to advanced settings and see what day you have finished it👍🏻 sometimes it is not showing but it helps when recollecting Memories of when you've watched it😊

Also, she shows more concern towards Jun, who is a grown man who can provide for himself than trying to make it up to her daughter.

On ep 17, and I am getting annoyed by Dong Sook. Like everyone is working hard but how dare her previous Jun have to lift a finger. Like, yes, if he needs money, he needs to work, like everyone else as well. At this point she is not a love interest but rather a mum interest. She is behaving like a mother who is spoiling her child. And to top things off, she is actually betraying her own family, even worse, her own daughter. That isn't love but obsession. I hope Jun is improving to actually being able to provide for himself, and I hope the romance between him and Dong Sook is only developing when she learns not to coddle him.

I watched the drama years ago and it is still my absolute favourite drama. I usually don't cry (though I usually shed a tear or two when someone dies for someone else during war), and this one broke my heart. I cried so much that I couldn't breathe anymore. I can still hear the footsteps of the Japanese soldiers. I can still feel the pain in my heart. And yet, this is my absolute favourite drama. I absorbed every scene and enjoyed every moment. I dare say that this is a masterpiece.

It's my absolute favourite drama but it really depends on what you like. You should give it a go and see how you like the setting and characters😊

Now that all eps are released, I can finally start the drama👍🏻 I am quite curious since everyone seems to have loved the first 11 eps while ep 12 receives mixed reviews. Let's go💫

I am on the fence with this one as well, but the comments below seem very positive about the drama (though it also seems to be a bit sad). And what I also gathered is that this is not quite as fast paced. Have you watched the drama yet?

I agree with your comment! Though, I think I will rate this a tad bit lower (just finished it) as the points you have mentioned actually bothered me. I think this would have worked well as either a film or a longer series. If they are able to improve the lack of character building (for the ones they have failed) and bind it a bit better, a second season would be quite cool. The plot itself was really nice and, as you have said, entertaining.

I just watched ep 1 but I found it a bit too slow. HOWEVER, I reckon I will continue the drama in the New Year when I am off on the 1st, so I can sit down with a cup of coffee and watch it when life slowed down. We don't have snow (just rain), though. Anyhow, I might feel more like a slow story line, then.

This would have been my question as well. It doesn't require a physical strong ML but at least mentally would be grand (similar to Legend of Fei). So I get your point. Have you finished the drama?

I am on ep 44 right now and so far I have enjoyed the drama... but I just can't with Li Yan and the 3rd Prince! Like this is more than just being naive, this is being stupid. And their actions seem like they have solely lived sheltered from the world. How did they survive before?? I could have forgiven their actions if this was ep 5, 10 or even 20. But in ep 44? Please.

I fully agree with your points! Though, I still have to watch the last 7 eps.
