this scene is she cheating on him !? and if they are together is they ended together or he break up with her and…
I don't know if it helps or not, but here is my comment/review of the drama: "My first instinct is to say that the drama is great, but I have a confession to make: I skipped so many scenes. So I guess I cannot say that. While I initially disliked quite a few characters, I warmed up to them during their character development. My favourite couple was Taeyang x Hyowon; however, the other couples certainly had their heartwarming moments too. I reckon I could recommend this as a nice family drama, but I have seen better. Many people enjoyed this one, so do not let yourself get influenced by my rating. I do not regret watching this and some scenes I have skipped can be nice to watch. Nonetheless, I rate this a 6/10 due to the fact that I felt like skipping so much."
Also, the guy kind of tolerates it but also confronts her when she oversteps things. Like, he is not someone who is constantly backing down. She has her difficulties accepting that but in most cases she does accept it and tries to change to become a better person. He is very calm, which doesn't mean that he can easily bullied. And he is standing up against his ex (I actually loved how he solved it as he constantly put her in her place). The FL is essentially someone who was spoilt by her mum but she is a nice girl. It is the typical rich but sweet girl. She does what she wants but she is not ignorant to other people's feelings. She is quite caring. Nonetheless, I wouldn't quite categorise any of the couples as mature romance.
And thank you! I hope you have a nice day as well :)

Ah, it is not too early but I liked the build-up. I don't quite remember the ep-count as I skipped some of the other scenes as I mostly watched for those two. I'd say you should give it a try. If you don't like the other couples, you can skip quite a few scenes. I mean my original comment up there kind of spoilt that there are some infuriating scenes with other couples. It is deffo a journey but I enjoyed them before they got together as well because they helped each other grow. However, beware: they can be childish, especially the girl. So if you want a quick and mature romance, you should skip this. They will mature in the end, especially the girl. But it can take some time as it is a long drama and other couples also have a lot of screen time. Did you find the drama through the romance plot or the actors? If it is romance, then you might like the other couples. But if it is the actors, they have comparably less screen time than the others. Also, if you don't care about the others and only this couple, you'd have to skip a lot. I guess it depends on what you like and how you prefer watching Dramas.

I don't quite remember when they get together but I think it was quite clear that they like each other early in the drama. There is no amnesia. I also don't think that they broke up. In between (before they got together) they had an argument but it was solved quickly. Also, the girl's brother is against them but can't really do anything. At first, the mother was against him but she quickly changes her mind when she realised that he is a decent man. The mother actually tries to hang out with the couple because she really likes them. It can be annoying but it is also somewhat cute😂 trust me, despite the mum's objections, nothing can stop the two😊 and also, don't worry. I don't mind answering the questions :)

So, as soon as he finds out about his ex's ugly character, he quickly moves on (quite early in the drama). No interest in her whatsoever, which the ex absolutely hates (lmao). He has his morals and he pretty much sticks to it. He just goes his own way. He is "weak" in the sense that he is at the bottom of the ladder but he is not emotionally weak. Also, he is not sipping. Actually, the new love interest fights to gain his attention as he is just focused on his career and life at first. So, he is actually quite strong in his believes and what he wants to achieve. Later on, the mother of the new love interest tries to get him to follow a career path, which he entertains as he likes that girl's family, but he is still sticking up for his own wishes, which the new love interest absolutely respects (she actually supports him). I hope that helped. I enjoyed the Young couple the most:)

Yes, she is cheating on him. She breaks up with him as he is too poor and lacks a "proper" standing in society. He will eventually find someone else (or more like the someone else finds him hehe).
eps 1-9: Each case seems to resonate with one of the characters in some way as we see their private lives out…
you mean more negotiating than investigating? Because I kind of agree with that. And the negotiation is not even that great😅 I have only watched 3 eps but they do not make their team look quite talented, more like they are lucky that their errors have not resulted in worse situations
I am on ep 44 right now and so far I have enjoyed the drama... but I just can't with Li Yan and the 3rd Prince!…
If that is true, it'd be so disappointing but not surprising at all tbh. It is just so annoying because they could have created another character maturing and growing, but instead they kept her very naive and annoying
The subtitles are honestly really bad, I could not even get through the original 6 episodes that initially had…
I guess they want to save money and go quick by using AI, but it is such a shame because that is actually deterring the international audience. There are so many dramas I was excited to watch but as you have stated: I essentially don't because the subs are horrendous (if they even get subs). I am always hoping for a friendly person who would create subs for everyone but I know that it is a lot of work🥲
Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.;-) I think there's nothing wrong with this ML I also think she had a great…
I think the subs in this is decent enough: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLphkYhy_dVTJgtCs_G8l5j4hX_u8iJmod&si=lQvgTsF1gF9SsR3m
I agree, there so many seemingly good republican war dramas which have not been translated. I started learning Mandarin, so I could eventually understand those dramas lol. Still a beginner, though.
on ep 13 and cant stand it, im fine with a slow paced drama but this one is so repetitif, its just circling around…
I am on ep 6 and while I like romance, I was really hoping for a bit more thrilling elements by now. The poster is quite romantic, so I expected as much, but considering the synopsis and the genres, I am expecting more... I also don't mind slow romance or a slow plot per se as I loved "Road Home" and "Amidst a Snowstorm of Love" but this one I find quite boring. I also don't find the main leads quite compelling.. at least not yet. But having watched 6 eps already, until when do I have to wait for it to pick up depth?
Me too :( I was really looking forward to this but I want proper subs😅
I am putting it on list with dramas I will watch when my Mandarin is passable 😅 still a beginner but when I understand more + shitty subs, I might understand 😅
but on a more serious note: why can't Mango provide better subs for the international audience?
It was alright then those last couple of episodes were so bad. It was like dumb writing to make the main characters…
I am trying to force myself through the last 4 eps right now. It was quite good/entertaining until ep 27/28. Now it feels like they are trying to fill the last eps to reach 16 1hr eps
I don't like how they kind of pressure her into getting married while keeping the toxemia a secret. It is so wrong.…
I hope that this is the last comment about the topic, lol. The fact that almost everyone else knew but her and kind of decided for her what is going to happen with her and her body makes it even worse. We are at ep 34/35 and it seems like NO ONE has learned anything.

Communication is such an important part in a healthy relationship and going through sickness and health (or however it is called) is a huge part of a life partnership. Not communicating with her about her health and that of her baby is such a breach of trust. If they wanted to take a day or two to realise how they want to talk to her, that would have been fine to a degree. I still believe that going through sickness together includes going through the news of sickness together. But actually making a huge decision based on such news without communicating with the party that is physically experiencing all aftereffects is almost unforgivable (imo). Either way, going through with the pregnancy or aborting the baby (which at that point is quite developed) are issues regarding her body. Both decisions will have a huge impact on her physically and psychologically. If I were in her shows, I would honestly consider an annulment. I know that this is just a drama, I just get easily mad (and calm down quickly as well). What I really dislike is the fact that the producers make it seem like such a romantic gesture with all the flashbacks etc, but it is actually a travesty of their relationship and a symbol of secrets and hurt.

At the beginning of ep 35 as well. Why act happy when as soon as they are married, they are all gloomy. What a shitty memory of a wedding. I really hope that I will never encounter such a sorry excuse of a wedding.
