I….actually don’t think she’s pretty at all. she’s all eyes. and looks stiff, not very natural. there’s simply no expression other than blank stare or blank stare with tears. maybe she lost too much weight so all I’m seeing is bone (bone = stiff) if it weren’t for HeYu I would have skipped this drama. sorry to the fans 🥲

fr!!! I would have liked to see the empress dowager pay. I think we all needed that. the entire drama focused so much on who was the one who poisoned the cp. and finally we know who it is but she just gets to run off and be crazy? didn’t get the pay off I personally wanted.

me neither. but it’s bc his appearance in the last episode was so disjointed. show us scenes of him getting healed you know? I almost feel tricked. we had the whole sobbing, the funeral, the coup, son is 4yo then he comes back?? how can I believe that

the male Bu Shu Lin was kinda a weird detour that led to no where. sure maybe we needed him to marry the bad princess but even that arc was weird. we had scenes with her and FL making a pact. and all of a sudden she sides with Rong? that was a weak plot

TBH??? Same. I was hoping he wouldn’t come back but I knew he would. it’s more realistic that way. I’d rather miss him and honor him. the way that the Shunan army and princess Lantai’s army came to protect her, it’s all bc of his extensive planning. I didn’t need him to come back and protect her or be with her. esp since the drama didn’t give the audience any background that he was getting treated. didn’t feel….right.
