It's incredible how romantic this drama is even though most of it is hugs and stares.

I tried a scent of time and I just wasnt feeling it. Also, WXY is only 21 so i'd like to see him as lead in dramas moving forward since he looks a bit too boyish for me in his older dramas. He looks great in this drama

slow burn is SOKP. that romance took forever. the leads had nothing, no romance, too busy with political endeavors at the beginning/middle. Twas like watching wet logs for like 20 episodes before the sun dried it up and we finally got a tiny spark as we approached the last several episodes and then there were multiple explosions at the end.

this isn’t a slow burn in my opinion. we were definitely well fed from the beginning.

I actually regret reading their reunion scene in the book bc it was much, much more steamy. to say the drama version was a let down for me is an understatement 😅

and that is why I dropped LMLMV. I also didn’t feel the chemistry between the leads 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been waaaaaiting for conflict. I love the fluff but that was a lot of fluff and it started since the very first second. it’s refreshing to see the leads frustrated with each other. just like any relationship, they’re growing.

I just wanna be one of his besties. have him as one of my favorites on my phone. he’ll text me hey I’m in town wanna go grab boba? I be like yeah sure. then we chat about his ups and downs and I go home and continue supporting his dramas 🥹

I think one way the drama prefaced the moms intimidating personality was when it first introduced her. YG’s friend was over and I thinkh her mom said make sure you eat this or YG take care of her and the friend made a comment that her mom was scary. and that’s YG’s bestie! so I suppose we have expect her mom to be even more strict with LYY.
