Well, I gave it the 4 episode chance I give everything but have finally dropped this. There are too many characters to really become invested in any of them, and they are all at the same stage in their relationships which makes it feel like nothing is moving along in the storyline 🖤
So what’s our theories guys about Charlie’s deal then guys? Mine is that him and Jeff are some of Tony’s adopted children and that they actually want to help team X Hunter. Why would Charlie be looking after Babe and protecting him so well and Jeff giving uncle Alan all these awesome ideas for the team? I’m really interested to hear what others think.🖤 p.s. Ewwwww I think people sometimes forget it’s meant to be the ENTERTAINMENT industry and just do this stuff for shock value. I’ve not read it myself but apparently Porsches rape was bloody and violent too in the novel. I’m not prudish at all, in fact I’m very much the opposite but I just don’t think this is entertaining 🖤

I disliked Mew from the off. He seemed to think he was better than everyone. And making Top wait for sex like that was not genuine. He did it more to manipulate than because he felt a certain way about losing his v card. What Top did was messed up, but I’m used to queer couples having open relationships so I think the reaction to it went a bit over my head.
This is the most genuine portrayal of the queer community in bl land. The toxicity, everyone having f*cked everyone and the realism of hook up culture. I loved it! 99% sure there will be a second series. Will Mixx get Mew off of Top? I hope so lol!!🖤 ps. I loved Bostons character. He was actually the most honest, genuine person out of them all. He was always 100% clear about what he was offering which I appreciated. Unfortunately tho, for every Boston there are at least 5 Nick/Atoms, poor loves.
Their sexual chemistry was fire 🔥 during the final ep! Shame we didn’t see more of them together, like an ep where they are trying to hide their romance at work but everyone finds out for example. Nice series if you like fluff, not if you want a story with depth 🖤
So so soooooooo sad this is over! I’m holding out hope that there will be an episode 14 special episode which will feature their wedding!! Chen Yi and Ai Di’s love ended up being so pure and wholesome. And Zerhui crying because he’d never had a proper caring family before just made me weep. This series has got everything love, suspense, violence, friendship and tears would 100% recommend it, 9.5/10 from me 🖤
