One of my main problem with the drama is the product is not what they advertised... They should have simple said…
But they are a couple and they can work like that for life. I know couples who work like that. As long as they are happy with it...

Then these 3 (I exclude Gyung Joon and Ri Yin) they really have not found their way yet... I wonder how they do with 4 eps left.

Title The Blessed Girl Spoiler
Side characters are Ok, but I don't think we need their stories unless it's directly related to the main characters.…
I like Wu Yuan and I liked her story even if it was a little weird. How she made the 10 pieces of gold? She is fun but also a ruthless killer so I don't think it will end happily ever after for her... Yin Zhuang looks a better match for the dad but probably she will be married to the sinister and scheming Wei Sheng Yan.

I agree it is less adult romance and a lot of clichés now. Probably these two will end up together.

Interesting the first episode. It is like a super hero movie with a very dark tone. The mix of action, suspense, comedy with a few emotional moments is well done. It deals with interesting issues. It visually looks good too. I am just wondering why he or "it" is so considerate of human life. If it is me I grill them like crikets skewers.

Am I the only one that is going hmmm... at the Yin sibling's relationship?
I understand her. She wants to protect and help her brother to revive the glory of their clan using her future husband even if the guy is not a good person. It is her choice and her sacrifice. But I don't understand him. Why he let his sister marry when he knows the guy is not clean and not reliable and he is pissed about it.

I was hoping for more father and daughter causing mischief in the big city, but instead they got separated and…
They also have a tendency to make something happen and then explain it later. It drags the pace. I like the dad too. He is the most fun and he is in the part fast developing. I like his harem but I am afraid things will end up not so good for these pretty ladies.

He should go look for the real Yoon Sun Ah. Eun Oh looks a complicated person to deal with.
Lol. Yes probably. The guy has lots of things for himself to woo a woman but he behaves like a doormat. I still believe he can man up but I seriously don't see these two, with their personalities and this deficit between them ending together...

Among your list (SPOILERS here) :

- Another Miss Oh: They were hilarious with their respective personalities. Loved it when they spoke french. But I liked the two main leads better.
- Tale of Nice tailed: I liked SFL more than SML. Still the two main leads were stronger.
- True Beauty : I liked the younger brother of FL with the younger sister of SML more than the older sister of FL with the teacher.
- Fight for my Way: ML and FL are way better. I did not pay much attention to the secondary couple.

I liked the secondary couple of :

- High Society : super cute couple and nice story. And their happy ending is a lot happier than the one of the main leads.
- Dream High : the transformation is a bit too much but it is fun and they are really cute and they do a lot in the story also.
- DOS: My Fav also. I found their story more adult, realistic and endearing than the main leads's one.

- CLOY: I really disliked the two secondary leads at first. But they managed to overturn my opinion. Their story was unexpected and cute. In the end, I had a lot of affection for them.
- Suspicious Partner; I like the drama also for the friend and the cheating girlfriend and the story these two shared.
- Pinocchio: I did not expect them to become a couple but enjoyed how it happened.
- Where stars land : I liked the secondary couple of the security squad. Their story was cute with some funny scenes.

I love dramas with a strong secondary couple. Thank you for article and for your list . I have not watched 8 of them and now I want to watch Five enough and Hwarang.

It's ok. You are entitled to your own opinion based on 11 episodes and on what you saw of them.

The letters gave Dal Mi a fake pen friend name Do San. At age 27 she decided to find him to use him against her sister. She found real Do San and they saw each other in the park . HJP prevented that meeting to happen but only temporarily as Do San went to the party to meet Dal Mi on his own decision. So the letters were the reason why Dal Mi and Real Do San met.

HJP told Grandma they made up fake Do San. He never grew to like being her pen pal. That's your assumption. He was shown copying an idea on TV in his letter because he had no idea of his own for Dal Mi. He never wrote information about himself: his age, name, school grade, the place he lives in... nothing. You are inventing this. It is not in the drama.

You did not watch the scenes I mentioned? lol. No wonder you have your own understanding if you skip scenes. It's ok, you are entitled to your own selective viewing and your own understanding of the drama.

When HJP said he was ashamed to have written these letters, he was not only referring to the first letter. He was referring to all of them. You sure have a selective understanding of things to fit your own theory. HJP said himself to Dal Mi in the end he is not Do San of the letters. I guess for you this is also not to be trusted.

The writer made the letters the way to bring real Do San and Dal Mi together and the reason for HJP to believe he had a chance with Dal Mi when he had none. That's it. It is you who thought these letters were real and the reason Dal Mi and HJP would be together. They were not.

Let me explain the reason WHY the main characters are portrayed this way so everybody understands:Eun-Oh is going…
I will disagree on three points:

1. She did not fall in love with Jae Won. She planned to woo him, bang him and dump him the next morning. But because he was clingy and cute and nice to her, she chose at time T+plus 40minutes to run after him and keep playing with him.

2. She never expected to continue meeting Jae Won back in town. She was sure she would not see him anymore because she impersonated a character and lied to him.

3. She never told to her friends about what she did during the time she disappeared because she was supposedly a heartbroken person whining in a corner but instead she was making another man crazy for her and dumped him like an old sock and let him suffer for a year. She surely did not want them to know that her "quiet and ordinary" self did something like that.

I'm born with the most special power and I just didn't know it, when it unlocks I'm the most powerful....... come…
She is not born with a special power. She is special. Not the power is special. It does not unlock. Her real self protects her when she is unconscious... I guess you skimmed a lot...

The Letters were fake.

HJP himself said he and Grandma made up Do San of the letters together and that he does not acknowledge responsibility for the consequences of the scheme they implemented. He said with his own mouth he was ashamed of writing them. He only changed his tune because he fell in love with Dal Mi and he thought making himself the writer and Dos San of the letters was his chance to get her. Too bad for him, Dal Mi's heart belonged to someone better than Dos San of the letters already.

HJP could gesticulate all he wanted, she never had any interest in him. She chose real Do San above fake imaginary Do San. The content of the letters comforted her when she was 12 but the man she liked at age 27 was not the writer of the letters. It was the man she imagined from the letters. This is a subtlety you and the likes of you failed to understand. This is why when HJP told her he wrote the letters, she did not give a damn.

HJP was never an option for her. He was just bullying them until he had to acknowledge and confess to Dal Mi he is not Do San from the Letters. This is the truth of the story and the good performance of the actor KSH portraying HJP changes nothing to it.
