Lee Bo Young I saw her mostly in role of a cold woman emotionless with issues and agree she is pretty good at that. Her coldness is mersmerizing. Me I like Jung So Min, Kim Ji Won, Nam Ji Hyun, Han Hyo Joo who would be in my top list.

lol I agree in LOTBS and YWCFTS she is kind of a ham. I was asking myself if she was so bad on screen because her acting was bad or because the character needed to be grotesque. I liked her a lot better in her movies.

Super silly but also quite enjoyable after two eps.

Based on the trailer it looks well produced and the tone seems fun with some tense challenging moments for the leads. Hope it will be good.

It would have been a decent drama if the writers did not waste so much time on her dumb infatuation with the architect. I felt pain for poor Shao Peng Cheng waiting for her.

Sorry but Wang Zhong Yu this egoistic coward should have died. He always knew all the bad deeds of his father and how his father had plenty of innocent people killed or die for nothing and he just stayed silent. He knew his father caused the death of 60 000 soldiers and he still kept his mouth shut to save his arse. He manipulated Shiyi's maid soldier and she died uselessly because he did not open his mouth sooner. Then he asks Shiyi's for forgiveness. Despicable.

It is an open ending as probably they will reconnect soon but people can also imagine she runs after him and gets shot. It is not a clear and nice open ending as the final taste is disappointing. I agree they could have done better. Here it feels like there was no budget anymore to shoot a few additional footages.

You are a black person but are you a jamaican rastafarian? Because the character portrayed is not a caricature about black people. This hairstyle is not a black hairstyle. It is a rastafarian hairstyle and before, it existed in ancient Iran, Egypt ... Nowadays plenty of people who are not all black people have adopted it. Even Bob Marley and the Jamaican rasta people adopted it from others. There is nothing racist in loving and adopting a style even from places on the other side of the globe and people can make fun of you or applaud or befriend you all that matters is that you like it. That's the message of this character.

After rewatching the trailer you might be right. It does not sound like the ML 's voice but Ok... we will see.

I thought Marn Bang Jai was absolutely terrible. Not that Mookda was bad but the story is pretty lame and there is nothing happening and no chemistry between the main leads. Agree with Gavrielle, Maturot Lohgan is her best drama because she is young but not a sulky pouty one. She is cool she kicks asses and her chemistry with the ML is great.

Then I have to recommend you the 2009 chinese version I mentionned also known as Hua Mulan. It's good stuff. Have fun watching!

I thought it was entertaining but not memorable. Good visuals and action scenes but it lacked regarding depth of characters. I prefer Mulan Rise of a warrior which has much better characters you can easily like and feel sympathetic with. Liu Yifei was decent as Mulan but she can't beat Zhao Wei who showed less fighting skills but a lot more emotions.

She got a backlash because she supported the HK police that many judged violent and under the order of the CCP and also because she alledged that the HK protestors were violent (She added now you can beat me). People who watch movies also have political opinions and just like she is an actress but took a stance of approval, they as viewers can take their own stance to express their disapproval.
