i misread your comment i thought you said you were looking for dramas like that lol but i agree. I only liked it in come and hug me that's the only drama where it was done right. I hate how they make it seem like such a turning point to their lives when they only had a brief encounter. There's quite a few dramas without this plot device but it's especially in the rich boy poor girl dramas
It's a light fluffy rom com series you can watch after watching something heavy. I really enjoyed the first few episodes and if it was 16 i might've dropped it. i would give the first half a high rating, but if you want something head empty that's just cute then i recommend this

I haven't read the manga in full but it's more like a loose adaptation. The overall concept of the parasite and how it works and whats happening to humanity is the same but the storyline is different and it's a a bit darker in terms of her backstory compared to Shinichi. I enjoyed watching it personally
