This drama has one of the best CGI I have ever seen in Xianxia, especially in EP 1, 3, 9, and 16. The mortal world parts were the most boring ones for me. The loopholes were quite big, and the story isn't that interesting and predictable. The story felt like it was a story for the beginner who hasn't watched much drama yet. But the good thing is that you can understand the story even with loopholes.
What I liked the most were CGI effects & ML & FL crashing 2nd ML & others very openly with their love lines/confessions and I started to feel sorry for 2nd ML & others. At least, they were not coward main leads so I love it. OSTs are great and used at the right time.
Should you watch it or not? The story is not complicated so you can skip and watch it and still understand the story. So, if you got time for beautiful scenes, then, watch it.

Yeah. Yul already got closure from Naksu. There is no way that Yul will be in the way of UkieDokie. He would only help them & protect them and So-i is going to be very jealous. 🤣

Unless JBY's soul left MD's body (JSM) and transfer to Naksu's original body (GYJ), we won't be seeing Naksu's soul in MD's body. JBY >>> GYJ (Naksu's body) + ice stone Naksu >>> JSM (MD's body) Yeah. Both souls swap their bodies. XD Both can live without getting petrified. Jin family will get the ice stone back and JBY will not be blind anymore as she didn't have her divine priestess body. JHG still wanted ice stone and her daughter but she will lose her daughter's body though. Well, this is my biased theory to stay JSM as MD (Naksu). :D
I thought only the soul has power but the body has its own power too. EP 20 38:40 – JBY’s body is in control of the soul’s power (soul power = mage power). JBY's soul didn’t want to control Naksu’s soul like Jin Mu.
Uk was killing all the soul-shifter to return them to their own place which is dead. LOL Of course, Jin Mu is using that soul-shifter too. I will not be using spoiler cos all who come to S2 page should have watched S1 first. :D

Don't expect it too high too cos the first 25 minutes is not that interesting for me until I tried to understand the story better again by re-watching. (Why? cos I went in thinking JSM is the badass assassin without even watching the trailer. I only saw the poster and read the synopsis. I was waiting for JSM part and her part started from 25 completely. The first time I saw JSM was that she was blind and I was like what! )

It is better for Uk to build a new mage organization than to become Gwanju or the king. So that he doesn't have to bow down or obey the command just like Jang Gang. LOL He is the king's star to being with and he had understood how the power can ruin or protect his love ones.
Comedy, wit, story & slow romance are what I love the most about the AoS.
