I hope GYJ played as Naksu instead of MD cos it would be weird to watch. Everyone already wondered how they will bring Naksu's body back after a rumour.

But you missed out one important fact. JBY goes blind whenever she uses her divine power which mean it was Naksu who was in control all this time; except when MD or Uk was in danger. JBY has showed herself to Naksu and Uk once.

What if GYJ played as MD in Part 2 instead of killing MD off in Part 1?
Just changing the actor cos GYJ was signed as FL in season 2.

I saw many comments praising GYJ non-stop for her action scenes in EP 1.

When Park Jin came quietly into the room, she reacted fast enough not to touch a bow. But she didn't hear anything from these three women. Why didn't Cho Yeon make any noise too to alert her?
Maybe, JBY was in control for a moment, then, erased the memory and when Naksu was back in control, she didn't know how to react after getting caught off guard.
For me, JBY doesn't seem like a human cos all she did was help UkieDokie to try to save the world from the chaos.
