I am going to write my review based only on the drama since I haven't read the novel(s?).
The drama had a lot of potential, I loved the first 4 episodes, but it went downhill from there for me.
I became less and less interested in it as the ending grew nearer, the excitement from the start just wasn't there anymore. The plot became messier and less intriguing, Pete and Vegas's love story was rushed for me.
I had many questions after the end of the drama, they had enough time to wrap up it up nicely, but they decided not to, if there would be a second season - good, if not... oh well (& even if there is another season, it won't come any earlier than 2024).
However, the drama is still very special and one of a kind in its own way and that's thanks to the actors and their hard work, I don't know if he gets enough credit, but the real MVP of the drama is Tong, that man was a total chaos (in a good way) and he managed to steal the show every single time, I wish there was more backstory about him and Kim as well.
Although, the drama is far from perfect and has its flaws, I will definitely remember it for a long time, it left its print on me and well... isn't that the purpose of every show? (though many do not manage to achieve that goal).
A shaky, but hopeful 8/10 from me ~

The drama wasn't anything special when it comes to the plot, but it was still quite enjoyable.
I liked the acting and the fact that there was focus on each main character for a few episodes.
The way they portrayed the split personality was something fresh and it's definitely what makes the drama unique. The chemistry between Dongwook and Hajoon was great & the humor was nice as well. What also saved the drama was that it had only 12 episodes, although too many things happened in the last.
All in all, I have no regrets that I watched it, 7/10 for me.

I was hyped up before starting the drama, but it... was nothing special, it even took me some time to finish it, because I was no longer interesed, but I had spend too much time on it anyway.
The first half of the drama wasn't very interesting and there were too many work-related scenes that didn't bring any progress to the actual story. I do believe the drama does depict the reality in the entertainment industry in Korea quite well though.
I feel like Ho Young and Yoo Sung were the sweetest couple.
I just didn't feel much from the main couple, they had nice chemistry, but something about their getting together and their confessions didn't grab me, maybe it would've worked out better if there were more flashback scenes.
All in all, I don't regret watching the drama, because it had its funny and cute moments, but it felt draggy at times too, so I can't give it more than 6,5.

There's something unique about Japanese humor and I'm used to it, as I was an anime/manga fan before and I understand that Kouta's misfortunes are the main aspect of the story, but the last episode was honestly too much.
The drama as a whole was enjoyable though and I'm glad it wasn't any longer.
There were cute and wholesome moments, the couple was a bit awkward, but I still liked them together.
I don't know if anyone else noticed, but it's like all actors wore pretty much the same clothes during the whole drama, that's actually quite typical for mangas and it was a nice touch to the series, at least for me.

The first 2-3 episodes were good and I thought the series had a potential, but then everything became a mess.
Unneded drama and conflicts, which were resolved in a weird way.
I liked the leads even though I see a lot of people complain about their acting and chemisty, but the drama still lacked a lot, it's like nothing happened and everything could've been resolved in much fewer eps.
Thank god this show wasn't any longer.

I am not fan of musicals, but I still enjoyed the drama.
It was beautifully filmed and the effects were truly... magical.
The magic element and Changwook's acting really made the drama special .
Other than that - the story was nothing original.
The typical school bully, the typical overworking student from a rich family with non-understanding parents, the typical poor girl (for once, a poor girl in a Korean drama that actually had a broken phone, which was not the latest model and wore the same clothes, so it was believable that she had financial difficulties).
I noticed something in the first episode, so the plot twist in the last ep didn't surprise me.
But still... there was truly something extraordinary about the drama and I defintiely don't regret watching it. I wish there was more about Ildeung's whereabouts in the future though.
A solid 7,5/10 from me.

What can I say... I'm so glad this finally is over! It had potential, so I gave it a try, but I am so disappointed.
12 episodes and it's like nothing happened, they could've ended this with 8 episodes at most.
They didn't know what to fill the screen time with, so they just threw in tons of making out scenes, which were honestly... too much.
It felt like this drama was nothing, but pure fanservice.
The characters' actions didn't make sense most of the time and it was frustrating to watch them go in circles and lie to each other when they could've simply talked things out like normal adults.
I liked the chemistry between the leads and some other minor things, but the show was basically a waste of time - no character development, confusing behaviour, so much wasted budget.
The motto of this drama: solve all issues by sleeping with each other, hah.

This is my 5th drama with Hwang Jung Eum and I've never really liked her much, but she was even more annoying at times here.
The plot was rather predictable, what added up to the story were some of the sorrows they managed to sooth.
I think I liked Chief Gwi the most out of the leads, even though I am a fan of Sungjae.
I don't know what was with all the drama in the last episode, when it ended like that...
The first few episodes didn't grab me, but then the drama picked up and the same happened to my interest.
It wasn't as good, thrilling or interesting as I hoped though, so a 6,5/10 from me.

The movie was a bit slow at times for me, predictable as well, but it was still beautiful.
We've all had damn tough days at work, which made us wonder... is it all worth it?
But the meaning of the movie was wonderful, inspirational, hopeful.
Life is hard on everybody, but sometimes just one person, just one reason is enough to make us resonsider a lot of things and change our mindset.

I think I found this enjoyable thanks to the leads, as the drama was nothing special.
The number of episodes also helped and I liked the 'winter theme', the drama was nicely filmed and although it was short, it fulfilled its purpose.

The drama really gives off "What's wrong with Secretary Kim?" vibes.
It was truly full of cliches, but it was still enjoyable, the real MVP is Lee Deokhwa, what a great man!
There were funny scenes, but also some very ridiculous ones.
At least the drama wasn't boring and draging, because it didn't have the regular number of 16 episodes, but maybe they needed one more to finish it properly.
The second couple was a nice touch to the story, I think I liked their chemistry even more.
Overall, an easy drama to watch, but don't have too high expectations, because it's surely overrated.
6,5/10 from me ~

I really like the webtoon, but the drama lacked in many ways.
I just... couldn't get into it. It was nice, but it could've been much better and for people who haven't read the webtoon, some things might be a bit confusing.
I don't know if it's because the leads don't have much experience, but their acting just didn't grab me, they did a good job at casting them though.
Overall, I can't give this more than 6/10.
So far, this year, no Korean BL is better than Semantic Error and Blueming.

I had no expectations when I started this, but wow, what a nice surprise!
It was beautifully filmed and the actors did a wonderful job, especially Kang Eunbin!
The chemistry between the leads and filming locations were also great!
The drama was surely one of the best Korean BLs I've seen!
A solid 8/10 for me, so far 2022 has given me some hope for the Korean BL industry :D

I'm sure most people will focus on the ending and how much they disliked it, I personally am not a big fan of it either, but I want to point out why I liked the drama.
It wasn't perfect, at least for me, the first few episodes were a bit slow, the last two were hard to get through, but overall, the drama was about growing up, about how the world around you changes, but also how you and the people around you change and how something now matter what you do, the outcome doesn't depend on you.
Nothing lasts forever, neither the good nor the bad times. People come and go, some stay, while with others you lose contact forever and neither party is at fault, life is just like that, once close friends, can turn into strangers. So that's one realistic aspect straight from real life.
I liked how the drama was set in the 1990s, that's what made me start it.
The way friendship was portrayed was precious and Yurim and Jiwoong were cute together.
On the other hand, Seungwan was such a promising character, so I think she deserved better, the last scene with her was simply ridiculous, considering what she was supposed to be going through.
For the main ship, all I can say is... some people are better off as friends, that's why I was able to enjoy Heedo and Yijin's story, their chemisty while they were friends and pursuing each other was great, but when the romance came... well, it was rushed and I think that our biggest problem was that until the end we had some hope, while the ending of the drama was already set from episode one.
The drama made me laugh and cry, although I have mixed feelings about it, that doesn't change the fact that it made me emotional and I'll remember it for a long time, but... what was the point in the 2021/2022 scenes? To make us hate Hedoo? She was nothing like the Na Heedo from 20 years ago, it was like all her fond memories and friends were all gone.

I prefer the first season, but this one was enjoyable as well.
I guess I liked the previous season more, because the main actor was more chaotic, that was the biggest charm of the drama, here there was a little bit more depth into the other relationships, but it felt like the lead actor's storyline was pushed back, so it could make way for others.
Well... I guess our "Mob" will get the BL love life he deserves in the third season. xD

The drama wasn't bad, but I couldn't take some things seriously... like those "flying" scenes where they jumped off, it was a way too much, plus Gun's physic makes some scenes really hard to believe. I'm not saying every gang member should be super well-build, but still...
Everyone did a great job with the acting though, especially Gun.
But I wish there was more about Black/White's family. White's father had big plans for him, what happened to all of that? I wish there was some closure there.
The drama wasn't perfect, but I enjoyed it. The chemistry between the leads was there, the idea for a change in society was a nice touch too.

On First Love Again Mar 21, 2022
The storyline had a potential, but it really wasn't very clear why and how Yeonseok fell in love with the male Hayeon, it's like he was forced to, just because the person was Hayeon, I couldn't really feel the emotions.
The drama wasn't bad though, it's on the better side of Korean BL.
Jin Gun did a great job with the acting, but Chang Ha... I really wanted to skip his crying scenes.
Overall, a nice try, it could've been better, but considering the amount of episodes and length, it was an okay drama.

The first two episodes, especially the first one, were beyond ridiculous.
For such a short drama... adding a second couple (where things basically lead to nothing) is kind of pointless.
The mains were good-looking, but that was it, I couldn't feel any emotions between them.
It was a weird "love" story. At least, the second half of the drama was better.
But that final kiss... I appreciate that Korean BL series are taking the skinship thing more seriously, but here the kiss was quite awkward.

FINALLY! A Korean BL done right!
The chemistry was just wow and the drama is actually better than the webtoon, things there are going in a weird direction right now.
I really enjoyed everything about the series - the actors, the setting, the ost, the acting, the scrip too.
The story itself isn't something we haven't seen before, but once again... the drama was just done the right way. I surely liked it a lot!
& the kisses... definitely the best ones in a Korean BL, considering the fact that Jaechan is still actively promoting as an idol and is so young, I'm sure nobody expected that level of skinship.

I just watched the drama for the third time and the feelings are still there.
I don't think I've ever been invested in a drama so much before, it just grabbed my heart and it doesn't want to let go.
I'll definietly watch it again in the future and I'm sure that it will have the same effect on me.
