YZM & his assistant suggested they used MCH & he later apologized for it while in the car with their grandma. He definitely used her. That was the only reason she got to be his personal assistant.

Just happened across this for a 2nd watch and I've decided this isn't good for my stress level to see parents like Cheng Huan's mother and she just doesn't stop. So tired of the "we do it for our kids" trope. So you literally ruin your kids lives/peace of minds FOR them. And if they don't believe it, they're unfilial. I hope no culture truly believes this.

This is probably 5 yrs late lol. But I disagree. I think she did love him, but didn't know how to discuss the situation between him & her aunt without worrying about one or the other's feelings. It would've been really hard for her to go abroad with her mom's situation.

I don't know if it's the writers choice or the actress, but I wish the FL would stop looking so pathetic at everyone. Not sure she's had one true smile for anyone. Keeping her head bowed to everyone. These types of characters drive me batty. Actually am enjoying everything else about this.

I was trying to power through until the FL unnecessarily went into his room, touching everything & then went decided to peek in the bathroom when she heard the shower running. Can't stand these unnecessary invasion of privacy tropes. How horrible are the women in these writers lives that they always make the females so stupid???? Damn. Had to drop

And from there, jumping to multiple partners w/o even acknowledging your total wild guesses could (more than likely) be completely wrong. If he were hiding something like that, he wouldn't have mentioned it at all.

Watching it again and again, my main grievance is the way Kang Da Eul's family treated her and the way she ALLOWED them to treat her. While they (including spouse) did treat her horribly, she was literally a doormat.
