omg!! so am not alone!! i just saw the poster in a tt video and was SURE it's a c-drama until i saw hye-ri's side profile. even then, i had to open MDL to see if this is an international collab between SK and CN, until i saw it's actually in-youp 😂 i never noticed how in-youp's side profile with this specific hair style could make him look so chinese. cuties ^^

such a calm, mature, and realistic watch, i loved it!! also, Tamaki was so emotionally intelligent, especially for a high-schooler. his interactions and overall flow with the MLs, as well as his reaction to them coming out were all really beautiful <3

believe me my TT fyp is filled w LUAT edits now and i couldn't be happier. but ur right, i think a rewatch w no stress abt the ending, might make my yearning heart full again 😩💕

i certainly wouldn't categorize this as a slow series, or a slow-burn romance. it was actually quite rushed overall. sometimes to the point that you'd think when did they even fall in love? did i miss something? most of the comments, including mine, are mainly pointing at the scriptwriting, which was quite poor. the first 5 episodes were very whimsical, and after that, it all becomes too bland and predictable. but honestly, if you are a pearlpeak fan, you absolutely should give this a chance. hopefully their acting and chemistry can overpower the weird production flaws. i have to agree with Joylinerennie that it was an easy watch overall. but of course, if the first couple episodes didn't hook you in, then it's simply not for you xx

i love PearlPeak so much!! they are always so whimsical and beautiful together, with great chemistry. overall, i liked Flower Boy, despite the obvious production flaws, and i really needed more character development, not only for ScentGaysorn, also for MekinRay. and the fact that we didn't have a longer honeymoon-phase really leaves me craving more for PearlPeak. i have STRONG OPINIONS on how the ending was curated by our 3 directors, but oh well!! really wish the boys could receive a better script for their next project!!

what a beautiful show!! performance of the cast, cinematography, scriptwriting, and directing were all brilliant!! to me, K'Den has hands of gold, and he really did another fantastic job here 🙂‍↕️ also i can't express enough how much i appreciate Net's micro-expressions, and the extent of his eye-acting. he just emotes everything so well in my opinion, and i'm so proud of him for this 🥹 it was an an easy 10/10 for me!!

i need the pd to confirm for a 2nd season asap!! we need a time jump romance 😭

so happy that we get to see new works from JossGawin, TayNew, and PondPhuwin in 2026. my worries after Replay's cancellation are gone now!! also i love time loop elements in series, so i'm super excited for this one <3

honestly i loved s2 so much more than s1. it was way less toxic, and felt more like an enjoyable ride to me. also, Mix and Boom's performances blew my mind!!

and i'm super glad that Boston wasn't the center anymore, and overall, he seemed like a better person compared to s1.

i'm now looking forward to s3, with Great (and Bright), and other CPs. would love to see a new director again, too!!

ahhh i love Sammy's Children's Day so much!! their chemistry and performance was absolutely brilliant, and the slow-burn was beautifully done. honestly tho the only thing keeping me sane atp is that XiZhao already confirmed that we will get a season 2. i really need more of them!!

"To My Star S2" reminded me so much of "At 25:00, in Akasaka S2". watching CPs in S2 is always so different from S1 to me, cause the struggles and untold emotions will start to surface as the CP's so-called "honeymoon phase" disappears. them starting to put their careers at priority now that they are fulfilled romance-wise, also them starting to have other emotions now that their "love blindness" goes away slowly. also, in both series one partner seems to have so much more maturity, emotional intelligence/EQ, and love for the other one: always forgiving, running after, yearning, reaching out, and apologizing. in the end, S2 of both series seemed very real and emotionally raw to me, making it a heavy, yet beautiful ride to me.
