Title Shine on Me Spoiler
Call me biased but I still don't like her college friends (aside from the one). Going months without talking to…
Same! For me it's mostly because of how they reacted when FL was accused of sabotaging the other roommate's interview

Title Blind
The experience of the children in this drama seems loosely based on the real life Brothers Welfare center in the 70s and 80s. The heartbreaking part is that the stories of survivors paints an even more horrifying picture than what is portrayed in this drama

it makes me miss the fan translations that would give a whole language lesson in the middle of the dialogues.…
I've mostly seen these awesome translations for japanese dramas, not so much kdramas. But I always appreciated those subbers who took the time to add context or explain a joke that would be lost on English speakers

I really like the serie, but it would've been nice if there were TW for SA, I don't have any trauma thankfully…
Totally agree about the TW for SA. I went into this drama thinking it would be a fluffy romcom

I've watched this classic show for the third time now, and while I enjoyed it thoroughly the first time, I'm starting…
For me what didn't age well is the way the ML mistreats the FL in the beginning-always putting her down with his words/actions

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
I am just guessing but since the kidnapper said we, I think there is someone else planning this. I don't trust…
The ML's mother is also very suspicious. The way she reacted when she saw the news about the arson cases...

This is just how I feel, I don't think the drama is bad or that there’s anything wrong with it. For me, it feels…
Very true. I used to like this trope of childhood friends/first loves reuniting but now am sick of it. Too many dramas in 2023 and this year had similar plot

Title No Gain, No Love Spoiler
*rant incoming* the CEO and the writer (second leads) are perfect for each other.at first I thought that his narcissistic…
I loved how the CEO handled the run-in with her dad. He managed to distract her and didn't ask her why she reacted that way. He just quietly comforted her with his singing. His character seemed to have low EQ before, but that scene showed the complete opposite.

Title No Gain, No Love Spoiler
pleaseee not the ceo answering the phone with "hello, it's the hater" lmaooo
It's so funny how he always refers to himself as the hater around her. But I think it has sth to do with how in SK they generally prefer to use titles instead of names

They have actually showed BWS twice.....as a convenience store part timer and as an actor on tv. This doesn't…
I think the director or producer of this drama worked with him before and they have remained in good terms. Maybe that's why

Title Love Next Door Spoiler
Am finding the comparison between Seokryu's family and Seunghyo's family quite interesting. On the surface, Seokryu's family seems better, just because they are livelier and interact with each other a lot more. But in reality, especially after episode 8, you realise how messed up their family dynamic really is. And that they are not much better than Seunghyo's family when it comes to communication. Unlike Seunghyo's family, they talk a lot with each other, but never really say the truly important things. Seokryu had so many hellish experiences in the US, but her family has no idea. So naturally they keep pushing for her to go back because they genuinely do not know what she went through there. Hopefully both families will progress towards a more healthy dynamic in coming episodes.

i blame tiktok tbh. i miss when kdramas were a niche genre. ever since squid games, it opened up more audience,…
I disagree with you on this. I also watch plenty of Cdramas, and I've noticed they sometimes have even more toxic comment sections on this site than Kdramas. Especially when a super popular actor/actress is starring in that drama(fans can only tolerate praise and positive feedback, anything else will have you labelled as a hater)

"You couldn't stay at a job for ten years" was a dagger to the heart coming from her usually soft dad. I feel…
And also when he said 'We raised a smart fool'. I expected this from the mum, not the dad

BSR's mother really is hateful. The way she constantly tells her husband that she hate their lives is nasty work.…
I can't stand BSR's mother. The way she treats her daughter as well

the fight with her mom the parallelism with Dr slump🤭
I also noticed the parallels with Dr Slump. Both have high achieving female leads who got burnt out and were seriously let down by colleagues and loved ones

I just love Sun Jae’s dramatic “haa!” I’m so happy we got to hear it again in ep 15 as he’s jealous…
I really loved how so many scenes in this episode were mirroring the previous timelines

I knew it, Halmoeni had the answers we were all looking for
That scene with Halmoeni was so beautiful yet bittersweet. Reminded me of the drama 'The light in your eyes'
