Same here. I am also worry about the female actress cause i've just never seen her acting in others drama. I hope…
To be fair she wasn't the only bad thing about it but do check it out for yourself. She is very beautiful but either she can't act or this is just not her genre. Slapstick comedy is extremely difficult to pull off well - Stephen Chow was the ultimate master of making something deliberately so awful and ridiculously bad that it ends up being hilariously funny. I think they are attempting that in this show but it falls far short of funny and ends up as just bad.

I was just watching it too. Don’t know about the FL, she looked suspiciously like the ‘over-acting’ & ‘overly-loud’…
Indeed.... Lots of new stuff coming out... I am big Xu Kai fan but....

She is really really bad. Usually for me, that means bratty or noisy or both. She was none of that and yet she managed to be bad. It is a feat in of itself. Worth watching just to see for yourself what is beyond words.

Wow that was just awful!!! Slapstick and yet not at all funny - I wanted to stop after 15 minutes. All time record for how quickly this is going to my dropped list. FL is a true horror story of bad over-acting... I am frankly in shock. Xu Kai, how could you be associated with a disaster like this?!?!?

The female lead is hard to warm up to because she is so bratty. She does get better, I got through that just by…
LOL, I think you hit the nail on the head as to why its not sticking for me...

The ending has many mystical aspects so it is not very clear to me as well - some of this is just what I think…
Glad you enjoyed! I loved what they did with fox king and that Deng Lun did it!!!

Hmmm, it depends how you want to view the characters. The first female lead is cute, funny, smart, and care-free.…
Enjoy and certainly will do. I am watching season 3 of the Musketeers right now. I will look for a new c-drama after I finish that. So far Royal Nirvana and Joy of Life are the two I really want to watch.

I ended up dropping at 12. It is kind of cute but I got bored after awhile. There are too many things coming that I want to watch I won't bother to finish this one.

I will update my review later but try this first. I don't think the DVD version is updated but the TV one is.
It is much more fun to watch it but if you would still like the ending summary, reply me again and I will do it in a spoiler for you.

Wow - sounds like a great strong female lead role. Definitely going to watch this. Almost sounds a bit like Weiyoung part 2 in that it focuses on what happens to her as the Dowager...

Eternal love is one of my favorites dramas. So far I think I have watched it a minimum of 3 times. lol #don'tjudgeme!…
If it makes you feel better, one of my best friends only admits to watching it 29 times (I suspect more). I also had to ban myself from re-watching. My favorite scenes were whenever Ye Hua was just so mean to Su Jin but the true villain (or hero) was Xuan Nu. Were it not for her Si Yin may have ended up with Li Jing or Mo Yuan and Ye Hua may have stayed a beautiful golden lotus flower.

I enjoyed both but yes, for me TMOPB was better. L&D is better executed and both lead actors are much better actors. But TMOPB is a better story and I have a preference for somewhat flawed and badass characters.
