Beautifully dobe

I loved everything about this drama. One of my favorites this year. Great chemistry with leads and supporting cast was fabulous! Best growth was between mother and son.

Had everything I enjoy in a drama - comedy, empathy and sympathy for the struggles of the male and female leads. Supporting cast did a great job in helping us to flesh out the story. Only missing piece was John. I’m sure his backstory is interesting.

Realistic love story in a refreshing format

1. Ji Chang Wook’s plortrayal of Park Jae Won was over the top. He displayed such a wide range of emotions in every episode that made me appreciate him even more as an actor.

2. His chemistry with Kim Ji Won , the lead actress was incredible ❤️
3. The story is told in interview format which was very different from any KDrama I have ever watched.
4. I have watched this twice and will watch it again! It was that good!
5. The OST is fabulous. Listen to Kiss me Kiss me by Issac Hong. It’s on you tube. It really pulls you in to the sweet passion of our lead couple.

How is the mother alive?

I loved this drama but my one complaint is that the writer never tied up the storyline about the mother. Did MY’s father kill her mother or was that just a hallucination the father had because of his brain cancer? For me that was the only loose end. The acting was stellar and I would like to see the leads paired again. They had great chemistry!

The actor who portrayed Sang Tae really deserves an award for his acting. This was a really difficult role to portray and he did it beautifully. I loved his Declaration of Independence at the end. It was heartwarming and beautiful. I laughed out loud during this drama and cried more than I would like to admit.

Must watch this drama

OMG I’m bawling my eyes out. I’m so broken hearted I want to stop watching but I can’t. I don’t want to spoil this drama for anyone. All I can tell you is that the acting is extraordinary and the story so touching that you won’t want to move on. Everything about this drama is so beautifully done. While the subject matter of Alzheimer’s is difficult to portray and act the role, the male lead nails it with such depth of emotion. The female lead is fabulous. A little slow til Ep 5 but don’t give up on it!

Fabulous

Loved everything about this drama even when it was slow in parts and I knew what was going to happen next. The cast was stellar from the smallest role to the ML and FL. I’m more in love with Song Joon Ki than ever. I thought the last episode was perfect except for the violence which the psychos deserved. Han Seo’s death was so sad but I know where the writer was going with him since several episodes ago. He deserves a leading role...his character development was the best in the drama. I will definitely rewatch.

Beautiful story

This is my first review. I happened upon this drama on Netflix and binge watched all weekend. A story rich in the complexities of long time friendships among women. I looked forward eagerly for Wan’s love to be fulfilled in the last episode and I wasn’t disappointed!

As an American woman I cannot fathom the interference of Korean mothers in the love life of their children, nor can I understand the obedience of children to their mothers wishes. I know it’s a cultural thing but that kind of influence bothers me.

I loved this drama and will watch it again. The acting was stellar and the script so beautifully written and poignant.

Makes sense

I haven’t seen the last 2 episodes but have been reading here. This article made a lot of sense to me. I’m living the series and am anxiously awaiting English subs on last 2 episodes. While many here have disparaged the ending I think the writers left a lot to our attention to the details of each episode which to me had hints of things to come.

Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum were outstanding!
