last few episodes was CuiCui meeting his grandfather, the backstory, and the whole point of meeting Mr.Wexin was to clear name of Mu Yao's father send them separately to Qinlin and Cancain..all couldve been done in 1 episode or max 1and half and not 2-3 and used the other episode to show Mu Sheng Journey and growth not half episode (or less than that) which they did
i want our lead characters to have more screen time and better use of their talents..this is not doing justice to what they can act

yes..episode from the Marquis proposal has been all over the place..I don't mind them being secretive about the ending, but it could've been done in better ways by giving more screen time for the leads...showing Ding Yuxi practicing and learning the cresent while travelling with Miaomiao..than having these old characters theorize..feeling like they are wasting my time..i am currently watching it at 1.5x and caan even speed it further..
they didnt use the lead actors talents well

very disappointed with last few episodes..if all they wanted was to send them separately to Qinlin mountain and Cancain..they couldve done it in shorter ways than spend 2-3 episodes on it..they could've used the screen time to show more of the Lead characters developing their relationship on their journey..very disappointed with the pacing and plot development..

ya..but each doesn't stand out for me..all seem the same..wish the directors had used the talents wisely like they did in TanTai Jin's characters in TTEOTM

could be forgetting...she mentions her memory is affected from their incident at Xingsheng hall

watching it for Ding Yuxi..otherwise it is a regurlar c-drama with cliché scenes and nothing much sets it apart..
special effects are good too

Only watch it for ML..He slays his character as Shen Du..

@unbeliebubble true..many scenes in the drama did not respect physical boundaries of the characters played by Luo Yunxi.. I didnt like what Sang Jui did to MIng Ye either..these acts should be consensual
