Great chemistry between the leads but the last few episode seemed rushed. Covid or just 2020? They stopped showing her cooking. Brother was randomly introduced towards the end to create drama. I wish they had given more time with the brother relationship than the usual cliches of my secretary is in love with me or my childhood friend also wants me! I skipped over the second couple coz lead couple were so cute. Even ignored other small problems coz cute lead pair!
I mean if you want a main character deal with the grief and anxiety of all the stress going on in her life then…

I mean if u want to be in the la la land n focus on lighter things ... y kill off the father?? There r so many other rom coms which deal with grief. I am not saying give me one whole episode of her genuine n better acting crying. But Atleast show us few glimpses. Yes, still early on ... that’s y I said I’ll come back to read comments here to see if they have any character development.
Am I missing something here ?? So many people loving this but not me!! A naive girl who has lost her father, scammed, homeless and in the hospital is being portrayed as cutesy with silly music in the background that we r supposed to laugh at her and her antics? The over the top crying (which is so far from believable) n not shown us any actual grief. I really hope that in the coming episodes she deals with her grief and that is shown n not left for us to assume it happened. If u show us how they fall in love ... show us how they dealt with the grief too. N the main lead getting beaten to a pulp to earn for her hospital bills n when she sees him she just cries about her problems continuously while in the middle she realizes n asks him about his beaten face n when he brushes it off .. she again starts of her rant about her woes! I can’t connect with this delusion character. I was gonna give up with just one episode but then the comment section was so lit because of “O” and her sarcasms n I dint want to miss it. So I’ll keep coming back here to check if there has been development for delusional FL and also for O’s comments!

I get that “milk” symbolizes more here n it’s more of an excuse to hold on to Gui but if u look at the bigger picture ... it’s just another thing Solo can’t do. If solo was a self reliant guy and he did this one thing - running to Gui for milk ... it would be cute. But read the novel and also today’s episode “I can’t grocery shop, help me”. Last weeks episode “a girl whom I know is taking advantage of me n yet I let her drug me”. N in the books ... he’s even more dependent.

I really wanted to give up on this drama coz Go Ara’s crying is over the top and is not convincing me of her grief. And the cutesy music in the background is not convincing me she’s cute when she does anything silly. so came here to see what other viewers think ... saw ur comments n I think ur comments are better than the drama so now I think I’ll have to watch the drama just to follow ur comments.
