Some of my favorite dramas (which I also consider good) have ratings below 8 on MDL, so I don't really care ratings here anymore.

My situation is the same. I can Only watch one at the moment. Yesterday I watched a comparative review on YouTube (Avenue X. I have never watched her videos before, btw). It seems Moonlit Reunion is much better in visuals, but in her opinion the main couple is not interesting (as a couple and as individual characters). On the other hand, When Destiny brings the Demon is "awful" in visuals but very entertaining. So even though she doesn't love any of them yet, she said WDBTD is quite fun as a romance.

I have watched the first two episodes of Moonlit Reunion and today I'll watch two or three of WDBTD and then I'll decide.

The Legend of Shen Li is mainly romance centered. Also Are you the one?, Love between Fairy and Devil and Destined.

I can't, I'm sorry 😅 I dropped it after the fourth episode.

Same. In this case I rated the first four episodes individually, which were the ones I watched.

In that genre my favorites are The Longest Day in Chang'an, Rise of Phoenixes, Joy of Life, Are you the one?, A dream within a dream, One and Only, The Legend of Shen Li, A Journey to love, An Ancient Love Song, Flourished Peony, The story of Minglan...

Viki in Spain has released the first three episodes today.

Not really angsty, but I highly recommend Fake it till you make it.

Imo it is better than Go Ahead. I loved the first part of Go Ahead, and The Bond has those vibes.

The Bond is a gem from start to finish. I hope you enjoy it.

I agree with you. I dropped it but I didn't rate it. I only rate what I finish. But you rated a drama you didn't finish 🤷‍♀️

I have not mentioned costume/historical dramas because I don't know if you like them.

There are many good c-dramas, but Legend of the Female General isn't one of them, in my opinion. If you like "slice-of-life" type of shows, I think Chinese are absolutely masters of that genre.

Today there is some information on Viki for both shows in Europe. Moonlit Reunion starts in one day (three episodes) and When Destiny brings the Demon starts in two days (three episodes too).

And When Destiny brings the Demon too. I guess they'll release the first episodes soon.

The episode 1 was surprisingly very good... while they were on 1999. But the second part in 2025 were quite cringey, honestly. Then the episode has an epilogue in 1999 and that's cute again.
