I know Bon Appetit gets all the attention, but I am sort of loving this show more. Every week is a different con and they have been so entertaining. The little girl putting Yi Rang in her place was hilarious- she really was her mini-me.
Kim Sun Young continues to be such an amazing actress with every character she plays. The Chairwoman is so despicable.
The female detective is dumb. Because she pulled the fire alarm, the killer ran away. Every death after this is put on her, especially now that they kicked out Su Yeol from the team. What a bunch of idiots.
The wife is definitely not the killer. She was at home with a police escort when the killer was supposedly at the nursing home. It seems like it’s the friend at this point. I’m glad he finally came clean to his wife- she has a right to know.
This drama was so relaxing, and now all the k trauma is coming. I did not sign up for a dying ML. Please let this be a happy ending! I am in love with Sunwoo Hae. He is so adorable, especially in those overalls and flannel shirts. Writers better not kill him off or I will lose it.
Love all the banter between the core four, and even the secondary characters around them. It’s clever and funny. Still don’t understand how those coworkers can think a kid scammed all those people- humans are idiots. The CEO is an interesting character, but now at least we understand why she married Hae’s father.
I really wish SY came clean to his team that Mantis is his mom.
Min Jae is a dummy, luring a serial killer without any police backup. You don’t text them after the fact. And I agree with everyone that it’s looking like the wife’s friend is the killer. The person at the end was a smaller build.
The ML gives off peak “I’m not like the other guys” energy.Go home, apologize to your family, and rebuild…
The way he treats his “best friend” is awful. SML deserves better than the people around him who take him for granted. I wish he had a nice love interest who put him first, instead he’s going to be paired with narcissist younger sister.
I thought that a k drama would avoid the cheating husband trope for once, but nope. I felt sort of deflated after the reveal because there was already enough material to go with without bringing a secret mistress and son in the mix. Plus, the smugness of the mistress made my blood boil. No thanks.
I do appreciate that they signed on some good American actors to make the storyline even more intriguing.
They were unlikely to have the happily married grieving widow turn into the arms of her bodyguard without something…
You’re right. I just wish they didn’t do it in this usual cliche trope. I have yet to see a political thriller that didn’t have the husband as loving and faithful to his wife.
The two of them bickering while eating at the restaurant was such a good scene. Their chemistry is so good and it looks like the actors have fun together. I’m also happy that the people around Cheol are noticing what a good looking guy he is. Loved Cheong Ja getting jealous of all the attention he is getting. And the reveal at the end was so cute.
Tomorrow’s episode looks intense. Wonder what secret Cheong Ja has on the Assemblyman that has a target on her back.
she called herself genius SOCIOPATH not psychopath, they are 2 different things
Ah got it, thank you. Actually it’s been debated that both are pretty much the same, though one you’re born as and the other you become. Both can lead to violent tendencies as well.
Last week, @Pmod718 replied to my comment that Gangoh's mother is responsible for how a horrible human being he…
I haven’t even watched this weekend’s episodes because I knew I would be upset from her enabling behavior. She’s just as bad as her son. The daughter needs to cut both of them off and leave.
