They are living together basically all the time and Earth is always sleeping in Mixs bed, to this extent that Mix complained recently that Earth doesn't always shower before getting in his bed and that annoyed him, but he came to accept it lately and just lets him do whatever he wants 😭 idk what other explanation there might be, though they never confirmed anything (waiting for it)
