I thought it the same thing. Before they went up on the stage, I thought it would be a talent competition. I was hoping to see Leo Wu sing. Playing musical chairs seems unprofessional, but looking back, I remember going to a company team building seminar, a week after I started the job. The company had a bad morale issue. I love Chen Zhe's role. Li Qing is one step away from becoming an executive in the Club operations, and showing his parents that he has worth. He certainly qualifies to be Assistant Coach.

When I pick up a K-drama, I have trouble sitting through the episodes. Sometimes, the length is over 60 minutes. I became accumstomed to the 45 minutes' C-drama episode, minus the open and end credits.

The ironic thing is that Big Jie vs Little Jie is amusing to watch. The poor wife and mother is about to pack her bags. I laughed when she said they would not be sitting down to family dinners in the future. She should go on a vacation, and not tell them.

Yeah! That's one of the reasons I lost interest in new K-dramas five years ago. Two weekly episodes make the drama feel longer. Twenty-four episodes would the equivalent of twelve weeks, etc.. If we get six or more episodes weekly, the drama ends quicker.

This is definitely my favorite drama for the year, to-date. I like this couple better than the Road Home couple. I jumped off the New Vanity Fair wagon after twelve episodes, because there is no cohesion between the ML and the FL.

NBY is turning into my favorite drama 2023, with every episode. I just finished episode 10, and I wish they would post four episodes daily. Son Chaun is bonding fast with the tennis team players and coaches. I am waiting for Jiang Jiao Jiao to throw a hissy fit when he sees his best buddy chumming with Son Chuan. It's better to be productive than lazing around, or whining. Since the drama is 38 episodes, I guess it is a long way before Jiang Jiao Jiao and Son Chuan bond on the court, and off the court.

I am curious what is the motivation of the Young Space Tennis Club. To raise up the members to professional status, or just be a hobby house for the rich members? You An should inform Jie, if they do not get the budget dollars, she will double or triple the membership fee for the rich members, since the parents can afford it. At this pace, with no salary or maintenance budget, You An might be still be working for free, like she did at Young Space. It looks like Jie is treating her like a patsy (...a person who is easily taken advantage of, especially by being cheated or blamed for something). Once she makes the tennis club successful, he might kick her to the curb, again.

Yes! The drama tricks are very irksome and tiresome... like singing overlaying character's dialog, singing every five minutes, BGM overlaying character's dialog, flashbacking cutting into scenes, scene intercuts.

I see that FL despises the father, but enables the half-sister. Why is the Anime female living in her apartment, when she obviously despises FL? I would have kept my distance from the entire family. The stepmother is also trashy.
