I saw the trailer with Mandi wounded, and Chang Yu confronting Xie Zheng.

I had a similar vision of a mother hen Chang Yu and a dutiful son Xie Zheng. She thinks he needs to be protected since 1, although she saw his battle scars, and knows he is a fighter.

LOL She is like a mother hen. I don't think he had female comfort since his mother died.

Wu Xie was doing well until Shi Hu slammed him with the weapon. That would put a hole in you. Yin Military needs to upgrade their weaponry. I think that might be Counsellor Gongsun's department.

He has a cute puppy face, too.

He has to face off against Long ChangXin (...I think that is the name of the enemy), so he's biding his time.

I am glad it is not down to the final four episodes, where Time flies by swiftly. After she becomes Marchioness, I hope she takes some of Marquis Wu An's wealth, to help improve the lives of the poor people of Lin An.

I was expecting them to be the dynamic duo fighting the enemy, but he's been recuperating for twenty-six episodes.

I have been ready for the smackdown for days. Granted, Chang Yu is not educated like the court and palace females, but she has integrity, determination, loyalty, resource and physical prowess. I don't think she deluded Xi Zheng, except when she drugged him before the battle.

So, Xie Wu is the second in command of the army? I was wondering who is running the show when Marquis is out of commission. Is Xie Wu related to Xie Zheng? Chang Yu needs to retrain the officers and soldiers. So many casualties, and some of them didn't even fight for five minutes.

This is the first time where the protagonist wasn't distracted, and went in for the kill.

We can count his fighting scenes on one hand, that might have been back in Lin An. I am disappointed that Xie Zheng has not demonstrated his Marquis warring reputation. I hope he finds his backbone in the next fourteen episodes. He needs some bone broth, ginger and ginseng soup to restore his health and strength. LOL

Yeah! He should fly across the screen from the force of the slap.
