I don't quite get the critique of ML's acting. He is playing a 999 year old man who has lived multiple lifetimes. Even in the show its in the script that when you have lived that long life can be pretty meaningless. Hye Sun even said that it has made him cold and indifferent plus he is a fox , not human. Any human characteristics, he mimics. He even said that as an explanation to Dam where many times he didn't read her correctly.His expression is totally in character. He is nailing this role. And you can see his character arc is getting more and more human because of Dam's love for him, and his to her.. Example, more playfulness/teasing like the pulling of her chair to him, clearly he is more expressive as his character arc grows. How expressive must he be to play a cold, aloof, indifferent, 999 year old fox? I mean seriously? I just feel a certain bias here. I think the whole cast including SL are nailing their characters. As for chemistry, it's off the charts! It's so striking. You like the SL , go for it, tell us why, how what you like about him or his character but stop nitpicking on the other to justify liking the SL. My 2 cents humble opinion, just as you have yours.

How does Woo Yeo turn human?

Dear webtoon reader, Spoil it for me! Puh leaseeeeeee. I fully accept that the drama version might not follow the webtoon.

That's the problem though, we don't have any information how this red to blue bead works neither do Hye Sun or Woo Yeo. I actually like how far Woo Yeo has come. When we first met him, he was cold, aloof, no friends, no relationships, never cultivated the human energy needed to be human after the person he cared about most died because of his human energy cultivation. Neither Hye Sun nor Woo Yeo knew the evil maegu consequence until later on. That was the lesson Gumiho God gave him. I don't think he really cared about being human until he knew about Maegu and at that same time he unbeknownst to him had feelings for Dam more than family. I think he has been trying really hard, he has been resisting his own animal instinct to consume. Having to forgo hunger for love. He also did the mukbang to see if that works after Hye Sun suggestion. All in all, I do think he is trying and wants to love Dam and give her what she deserves yet keep her safe. Right now his character arch is transforming from Animal to human with human feelings more and more. That's my 2 cents worth

Same. I really dislike this God. I don't like that he is practically forcing Sun Woo and Dam together through his magic. Is this for the bigger picture? Does Woo Yeo need to be desperate enough to want to be human that his bead will turn blue? Is that it? 🤔
