That's a pity. Boy should have more self-confidence in himself and one day get out of his comfort zone. He's a decent actor and have handsome looks.
I personally think it's time for him to graduate from those 'support roles'...I trust his skills, I know he will improve with time and should be given the chance to prove himself. Haters? All have antis, even top liuliang. Doing your job well is what matters in the end. I'm rooting for his success.

Wang Chu Ran and Deng Wei are now rumored to be cast as leads. Yesterday, it was Zhang Linghe/Ren Min...one thing for sure is that they're looking for rising/not yet well-established actors. Concerning the rumored female leads, I'd prefer for Wang Chu Ran to take the role...as for the male lead, I don't mind, I like both.
Edit: though I doubt Zhang Linghe will be cast for this since it will be broadcast on Tencent. ZLH is known as 'iQIYI boy'...still I would love for him to leave them since they don't treasure him *sigh*

Exactly, he doesn't have much screentime but when he's on screen, he literally shines and steals the show . That's why I like to say that I started 'Destined' for Bai Jing Ting but I definitely stayed for Liu Xue Yi. He's that good.
