That would be rare especially for rich families. south Korean birth rate is low and is continuing to decline. I think currently about 0.9 child per woman.

Yes, as i heard in South Korea people invest more in property than stock market so when they plan to buy a property they expect from it to grow in price and get profit from it. As about renters it seems they are usually poor and since they have these stereotypes: less cultivated, don't dress well etc... And as that affects the price of the appartement ( I don't know how), they become the victim of discrimination.
