can someone explain to me why she broke up with him in the Republican era? I’m so confused
This is explained precisely in the scene when she returns unexpectedly from abroad, sees her father's funeral and all the rest...

Am I tripping or was AI used like a lot in normal human interaction basic scenes? Cause those first couple minutes…
You're right. It was 100% like that at first (and partially later) – I was about to write a comment on YouTube saying it was AI and abandon the video, but then I read the reviews and watched the rest.

I only stopped here by for a moment... and I see that both sides (for and against) are still continuing this shit-storm.
It's a shit-storm because none of the people writing comments know the facts and haven't witnessed or doesn't be a sheet in someone's bed, but are creating stories based on assumptions.

There are appropriate institutions are being established to investigate such matters (I have also limited trust in them too, because manipulators and corruption still exist in real life, and on both sides).

And this kind outpouring of the guts- in privete matters celebrities - stems solely from trauma, insecurities (inferiority complex) and frustration with one's own life.
Best regards to both camps.

Btw for future haters: I answer questions; I won't respond to taunts.

For the first 30-40 minutes, FL's lip makeup is so mismatched that I can't look because it distracts me... especially since she moves her lips a lot... this is probably the first time I've ever experienced this. I hope the later will be better.

anyone have any RECS for dramas similar to "Hello Monster" and "Love Me if You Dare" with lots of chemistry, thriller/psychological/suspense…
For me, the classic in this regard is Flower of Evil (2020 Korea). But if you like crime novels, you've probably already seen it.
Under the Skin (2022 China) is weaker but also good.

i didn't ship them in the end. he desperately needed a life outside her, and she didn't really like him as much,…
I agree.
ML - handsome and good acting, FL - pretty, but her acting is weaker, a bit wooden..

Wang Gege and He jianqi's acting were so good. They're so underrated omg. They could honestly beat mainstream…
Absolutely! a very apt comparison.

Episode 6 - After FL let another woman punch her in the face and pull her hair, I had to turn it off. In my eyes,…
I wrote the primal post based on my feelings because I wanted to see FL as she was portrayed: smart, strong, cunning, and brave. She wouldn't let anyone push her around.
But at the moment of confrontation, she turned out to be a self-conscious little child with very low self-esteem—and everything before that was just a facade.

I agree with you in principal and wished they could have written a better scene with Ina stopping the slap herself…
1/ I agree, the scene is poorly written.

2/ You're writing about "perpetrators and victims" in general – we're not considering all such situations in general, just this particular one.
FL is portrayed in the series as strong, smart, brave, and athletic. She conducts investigations where she's alert, cunning, and unafraid of anything, so others are afraid of her.
And suddenly, a hysterical woman (it doesn't matter who, she could be the president) bursts into the company and, not at all out of surprise, beats the conscious, strong, smart, athletic... etc. director like a rag, and the director lets her do it without protest...
That's why I wrote about the director's self-disrespect, humiliation, and degradation… because she suddenly stopped being the strong, smart, cunning one – it doesn't matter why she did it. She insulted herself. Btw, the vice president's wife is not a psychopath, but rather an alcoholic and hysterical.

3/ FL didn't have to fight—she just had to block, dodge, or redirect (like aikido). You're talking about consequences; the FL had a choice: maintain her dignity and risk losing her job, or keep her job but foe sure lose her dignity. And she did the latter, which is why I called it what it was; she insulted herself.

4/ Yes—the conversation about a bonus for the beating also involved the FL insulting herself—she did.
Since I'm a bit more professionally versed in the subject, I want to emphasize that in any interaction between two people, it never, absolutely never involves just one part, as both are involved. Placing "blame" only on one part is a misunderstanding. It's the same with violence – both parties are complicit because one is aggressive and the other allows it (active/passive aggression directed at the other person or oneself – I don't want to write a lecture here)..
Best regards.

yeah I kind of think it will go that way as well, they'll meet again after a time skip or something and it'll…
As you we can see, there are many solutions. Therefore, taking only one solution for granted is wrong, which is why I protested earlier.

maybe she lets herself get beat up because of her trauma. she lets her image get ruined by rumors and acts strict…
It doesn't matter (everyone always has their own reasons), a fact is a fact..

What exactly is she suppose to do realistically?,slap the VP's wife?,an heir to a conglomerate company that's…
It's simple – FL simply had to block the attack or dodge. Especially since the second attacker wasn't acting out of surprise; she simply raised her hand as she walked, and it was clear what she was walking for...
Regardless of what you wrote and the reasons why FL didn't react, as I wrote earlier: "a respected executive humiliates and degrades himself" to stay in the corporation or because her traumas.

Every explanation is just an excuse. Our dignity is priceless, and this beating could have been avoided. In my opinion, it was a poorly written scene. It made me lose respect for FL, despite her previous achievements... Amen.

Episode 6 - After FL let another woman punch her in the face and pull her hair, I had to turn it off. In my eyes, she'd lost almost everything. I don't understand how such a woman could have such disrespect for herself.
If this had happened on the street, there would have been three charges already, but at work is ok? Are you a slave? The respected director is degrading and humiliating herself.
What a terrible example for others, too.

Not true. A relationship can be born out of pity, but later, the feelings can transform and develop into deep love. The problem is when it's born out of pity and remains based only on that pity.
