The last chapter I read was 34 or something the scene where Shi Yan took Shuyi to interview his uncle Guan, was trying to save a few more chapters before I binge since the artist only update once a week. It was fun picking up details on how the drama and the manhua compared to the novel.

Both Love by Mistake manhua and this drama Only for Love are adaptations of a novel called Accidental Love. The drama was the first adaptation of the novel, it follow pretty close, would say about 70-80% similarities with a few changes here and there. After a month this drama finished airing, the manhua actually came out. There are quite a few scenes from the manhua that are exactly like the drama as the author of the novel both worked on the drama (as scriptwriter) and the manhua (as author). If you were to compare the drama vs. the manhua, the manhua follows the novel more closely than the drama.

If you were to compare the novel description and the manhwa depictions of Shuyi's fashion you will noticed how they failed BL's fashion in the drama. But it is what it is and it wasn't disastrous as Lucky's First Love. I've noticed lot of comments, blaming BL for actually allowing the team to have that one wig on her. Out of numerous type of cheap wig, they chose that one and only one. Like they could have picked another one to add variety.

Lol I'm not saying Bai Lu looks bad or ugly in these costume. I'm telling you that some of these costume material look very cheap on first impression. I'm not even talking about the makeup or hairstyle and etc. I'm just talking about the clothing alone. It looks like a Tencent mini drama costume design then otherwise. If you are telling me all these costumes look like an S+ tier project then I rest my case.

While I don't agree with the fan making this public, there are some validations to their worry due to previous history with how the production style her. BL has mentioned that she wont interfere with the director styling choices so. We mainly just want the styling to fit the character they are trying to portray. She doesn't have to be glamorous all the time. Take Northward, for example, BL was dressed down, tanned and with braced. The fans didn't say anything about it because it was fitting for her character setting. It was mainly the haters and anti that were calling her ugly.

Regarding MXY, when YeLi was looking at the Ding bookkeeping, she realized that MXY has wealth that rival the Emperor that was why the Emperor was jealous yet afraid of him and are scheming to keep Ding wealth for himself. MXY is "fallen" in a sense that he became cripple from a once mighty military commander to a wheelchair bound one not because of wealth which he doesn't lack because his status as a Prince. He dress simply yet still show class. He like to dress in white and has multiple type and embroiled patterns of whites until Ye Li told him to add more color to his wardrobe.

If you found the pale green on pale yellow that she was recently spotted with, sophisticated then I have nothing more to say.

Like I mentioned, we haven't seen the finished products so it may be different from how they want to portrayed them from the book. We will just have to see. The fans should just keep these internal and move on since BL has spoken herself. Let's all just look forward to the project.

Some of these comment acting like Lucky first Love didn't happen to Bai Lu where the production team f*** up and fitted BL with an ugly wig throughout that show. Many gave up on that drama because of that horrendous wig.

Believe it or not, costume design plays a parts in the believability of story-telling and affect viewer experiences. If you are telling me that he is richer than the Emperor yet somehow only show me how he dress as a normal subject and lives in a normal place, then I aint buying it.

Anyway, the finish product is yet to be completed. We will have to see how they are going to tell the story. Nothing will be as bad as Lucky First Love costume. So let's all look forward to it.

While I don't agree pushing the sentiment to top 2, I can agree to how the fans feel. Regarding Northward, the fans were mostly quiet because they all know Hua Zi was from a working class so you wouldn't much expect otherwise. However for Moli, Mo Xiu Yao is a Prince and there has been mention that his total wealth could rival that of the emperor and that the Emperor is poorer than his subject. Ye Li is also from a prominent family. She also received her own wealthy dowry after marriage. Her clothing improved after marriage. She have a team that make and embroil cloth for her. Even though Ye Li prefer simple clothing she does dress up for the occasions. And y'all need to understand the difference between cheap and plain vs simple yet still elegant and expensive clothing. Ye Li has been explained to be the latter type of gal: simple, elegant yet still show her status. Now compared with Ye Li from the leaks and you will notice the difference. Even when she was dress as a man, Chu Jun Wei wasn't a broke. He dresses was a wealthy young master

They could have but all of the footage of ZS in the name ripping game were pretty tense unless they cut the whole game out since it was a group thing unlike the individual scene in the bird episode. If they cut it, the episode will then lack the suspense/action pack of the day.

Anyway, this episode is full of emotional manipulation. First is to make the basketball player pitiful with scene of him stuffing food and BL telling to hurry up. A lot of time we see BL speaking but her mic were muted yet somehow when you can hear her say hurry up, there is no direct footage of her saying it. We can't really verify that she directly said that to the basketball player or to someone else or in a totally different conditions. Totally sus..

Though problematic as it can lead to misunderstanding, I can somehow understand the motivation behind the edits. First is to make the scene less serious with the laughter added than what can be seen on screen. Without the effect it will be seen as too serious as we can clearly see that the game was getting too competitive and people were getting hurt. The production were trying to lessen their backlash from setting up the condition to allow their members and guests to get hurt. It wasn't a target it just they needed some to become scapegoats. That's why they add both BL, FCC and the female guest laughs. Still they were wrong for it anyway.

HRY explained that because he couldn't absorb her spiritual power he is just like a mortal child because he doesn't have all the nutrition needed to develop a divine body. This was explained when BJS went to ask the Long Ya regarding having a child. Long Ya stated the baby will need to absorb her spiritual power in order to develop.

For a child born from a mortal couple, they wouldn't need spiritual power in order to grow but in Shi An case it is different. Since both of his parent are immortal he will need spiritual power in order to develop a divine body. However this condition was never met therefore it is logical to understand that his development is hindered and will be weaker than a mortal child. Just like a human baby born lacking its required nutrition, will likely to die after birth.

Best scenario I can think of is the case of a red watermelon vs a yellow watermelon. In a field grown of red watermelon species, you can find a yellow one due to the lack of sunlight during its growth. Due to the lack of sunlight, it can not develop lycopene that is responsible for the red flesh of watermelon.

Think of the life cycle of a frog, when it is still a tadpole it needs water to live. Once the condition is met and it metamorph to develop a lung in adult stage to become a frog, it can live both on land or water.

As mentioned in my first post, I know it was unintentional and all was just having fun and no hard feeling involved but getting hurt isn't fun and getting kick in face hurt, shoe or not. You can tell others were trying their best being caution in their movements to avoid accidentally hurting others or getting hurt. In a normal name tag game, his resistant is fine as they could try to avoid him while it is different blind folded. Him making so much movement to struggle just make it more prone for accidents to happen while blindfolded. That's why I wasn't fond with how he played this particular name tag episode. I applaud his tenacity and trying his best and I know he also suffered/got hurt from it too. The main fault still lies with the creator of this game. Yes Shayi was in episode 9. And for FCC it was in today episode 11. Both Li Chen and Bai Lu wanted to just steal 3k ducks from green team. However FCC wanted to steal 3200 and before everyone agrees he submit it. He got call out by Bai Lu during the reveal as their team could have end up first with the most ducks. Meaning their team could have the chance to win or end up second for the duck race and avoided punishment if they had just stolen 3k ducks. But yes it was a nice gesture from both Shayi and FCC.

Everyone got hurt somehow during that game however it was limited mostly to arms, legs, and lower body (most noticeable was Shayi and the other female guest). However only the basketball player got kicked to the face. As you mentioned and I definitely agree with you, this was a dangerous game to begin with but him trying to his best to struggle while none can't see add more danger to it.

I felt like they both took the punishment in her place because they both wronged her somehow. Sha Yi for betraying their agreement in teaming up and Fan Cheng Cheng for acting alone and disregard the other members opinion regarding the the amount to steal.

Just an opinion of mine and it just didn't sit right with me... I love Zhou Shen and all and it is great that he gives his all and never give up during games and etc however I felt for this episode 11 it was just a little too much for the name tag game. I know he wanted to win but his struggling ended up hurting those played against him as his opponents try to avoid hurting him as much as possible. For example, I know it was unintentional and not his fault but during his struggle he end up kicking the basketball player in the head. And toward the end, you can see the basketball player's forehead was bruised.
