You can always make your boobs bigger with bras, clothes or stuffing. You can never make big boobs small. So YES small boobs can be controlled. Catnip is very often found in cat toys and small amount make the toy extra interesting. Too much catnip can make a cat high. One of my cats brutally murdered one of his toys and catnip was everywhere. Got home to find a cat with big pupils rolling and waddling drunkenly. HOWEVER not all cats go crazy for catnip, my other was just looking at his brother wondering wth was happening.
