HelpðŸ˜, why are there people who actually liked the male lead and genuinely think he's the best character? I’m…
There’s also a minor but very obvious incoherence: in the first few episodes, the female lead’s dog appears, it’s a Belgian Malinois, but that breed wasn’t developed until the late 19th century, in 1890 AD in Europe, yet this drama is set in a time period centuries earlier than the 19th century. I say it’s a minor incoherence because it doesn’t affect the plot, and besides, this is a fantasy drama since the male lead can fly, so I’ll let it slide.
HelpðŸ˜, why are there people who actually liked the male lead and genuinely think he's the best character? I’m on episode 18 and, at best, I find the male lead tolerable. He’s very poorly written and contradicts himself all the time. When he found out that a servant he’d known since childhood had died, he didn’t bat an eye, in fact, he went out drinking with his friends with a smile on his face as if nothing had happened. And he’s also more flattering and flirtatious with women other than the female lead, he was flirting with the daughter of some guy named Lin and with the villain’s supposed daughter. Plus, he has this weird habit of choking women. I’m on episode 18 and he’s already grabbed two women by the neck, one of whom was the female lead and then he says he loves her. LITERALLY all of the female lead’s other love interests are better than this guy.
I didn't like it very much. The whole movie revolves around the male lead's disability and the difficulties he experiences because of it. I don't know why, whenever the protagonists have a disability, the whole movie has to revolve around it, And it always has to be an emotional and sad movie; I've never seen a comedy movie with a disabled protagonist, or a fantasy or horror movie. The protagonist of this movie says he doesn't like being looked at with pity, but almost every scene, the entire script, is designed to make us look at him with pity, The film itself does not respect the protagonist's wish, which is that he does not be looked at with pity. , but the movie has a very beautiful message.
If Song Eunchae got a dollar every time she yells "Ahjussiii!" she'd be a millionaire by now 😅. I don't think she ever calls the male lead by his name in the entire series
Although Crazy Love was a very entertaining K-drama (up to episode 11) and the acting of all the actors and actresses was very good, the male lead is a huge red flag. I don't remember which episode it was, but he wanted her to sign a contract so that she would literally be his slave and do everything he wanted. If she didn't sign the contract, she would have to go to prison. But here's the worst part: he threatens to causing the death of her father if she doesn't sign the contract. He manipulates her by saying that if she goes to prison, her father will find out and probably have a heart attack and die (How cruel! How can a human being sink so low?!). And then at the end of episode 11, the male lead gets very close to the female lead and tells her he wants her to give up her big dream of being an instructor just because he feels like it. He tells her she has to abandon her dream simply because it would take time away from him (it doesn't matter what she wants, only what he wants). Basically, he wants her to remain his secretary so she can dedicate all her time to serving him. And after he says something so toxic, she kisses him as if he had said something romantic to her (How naive!).
I love Zhou Ying, I love her personality, she's so intelligent and loyal. The only flaw I see in her is that she forgives too quickly people who have hurt her deeply and who don't deserve forgiveness.
I find it a bit sad reading the comments here and seeing that almost everyone is watching this drama only because of Liu Yuning. Don’t get me wrong — I understand he has a strong international fanbase and a lot of people are excited to see him. But Jiang Rulu is a legend in China. Her performance in Empresses in the Palace is considered by many Chinese viewers to be one of the most iconic villain portrayals in C-drama history. She didn’t just play a character — she owned it. Her charisma, her presence… she left a mark that still lasts more than a decade later. Outside of China, that drama may not be as widely known, but within China it’s almost a classic. So seeing her name never mentioned here feels strange. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be excited for Liu Yuning. But I do think it would be nice if Jiang Rulu’s career and acting legacy were acknowledged too. She is not just a co-star — she is someone many actors would feel honored to work with.
Is this one where the FL waits 7 years for a guy who dated another school friend. And doesn't date anyone else.
Yes, it usually happens with Chinese dramas; the vast majority don't age well, some even look cheap, and the script is often very controversial, with very annoying dialogue

No, because I think in the end he didn't end up with the girl who waited so long for him, So I don't think she's the fl . Judging by the other comments, nobody liked the ending. , She still loved him even after finding out that he was going to marry that another schoolgirl from the military, I had to drop the drama in episode 3, I didn't like the direction it was taking at all, And the two girls fell in love with him too quickly; there's no romantic development, And the second fl xiaohong is really pathetic, I remember this series looking cheap probably because of the scenarios, I also remember that in the first episode a friend of the male lead said something disturbing about 15-year-old girls in front of everyone like it was nothing and nobody said anything to him lol
