Watched it. Surprised that this rates 8.0 at the moment, compaired to other series currently airing. Looks like the average enemy-to-couple plot. Nothing really rocking me. Some typical BL stereotypes (is it physically actually possible to fall in that way and kiss each other? I guess you would rather knock out some teeth then. Will not try with my future-bf ). Positive: Not the 20yo typical school/student plot. I like to see some mature meat. Fell in love with Tawan some days ago, who said he is 28...Anyhow, to sum up my first impression: does not invent BL new but seems to be watchable.
Lately a lot of series are labelled BL but aren't. People seem not to know what BL is, or see it everywhere. Unfortunately.
Okay, I agree with you on that. Especially Chinese production companies tend to tease you with BL-stuff, but when you watch it is all out of context, and nothing BL at all. I am watching United Win at the moment, best example...
I liked the first two movies. Yeah, not Holywood, and you have to feel a bit into the Thai humour, but still entertaining. I am looking forward to this one here.
Some people see BL already when two random guys pass at a crossroads. I like this series, do not care whether…
Have you only watched the clips? I understand why a lot think it is BL, maybe it becomes, but so far they only depict a deep friendship between sport students. Reminds me of ping pong life. BL or not, I recommend it for those who are into coming-of-age/sports/school dramas. And the view on their abs is just worth to binge watch it.
Just rewatched it. Not the standard fluffy Thai/Korean BL stuff. In fact, this isn't BL, it is a gay short movie. With its violence depicted it is more realistic than other candy-world movies you can watch now. Brutally truthful, so to say, but with a nice ending.
some people are advertising this series that it has something that it doesn't. hopefully someone will clarify…
Some people see BL already when two random guys pass at a crossroads. I like this series, do not care whether it's BL, bromance or whatever. I am not 12 anymore and do not need to see guys kissing. I've seen that, even in real.
To be honest, I still do not really understand what this was about.
