This series is so bad that I feel personally offended. I watched it every week in the hope to get some answers. In fact, I really, really pray that someone Thai or able to read Thai might come here and shed some light on this. I can only speculate why this series is a total failure? Was the BL too much for the actors? It was the company's first attempt in BL. Did they not know what BL is? I really would love to know what happened here.
A general warning: If you have not watched the whole series or the final, please be strong, don't watch it alone and have always a number of a nearby psychologist at hand! I would love to have one of those flash things from Men in Black and erase my memory now. But that, on the other side, might endanger me of watching this again.
As far as I can see, these episodes follow the short-short stories of Hoshi Shinichi. The first episode was after his famous short novel Bokkochan. I assume that every episode will have one short-story. Hoshi Shinichi wrote sci-fi/fantastic, but socially critical short-stories, which often have a "twist". Something like Beyond belief etc.
Theo is a malignant narcissist. Nut woke up with a naked stranger in his bed that broke into his house and stole…
I always respect your ideas and posts, but in this case here I also do not understand why this escalates a bit. Hermine did not write in any way that she is looking for a perfect couple and she has some points why she considers Theo and Nut to be jerks.
To calm down, I will throw in something, which upsets me. In fact, enrages me: Episode 2. Prib, Kensit and Song come from that restaurant, drunk. K and S accidentally kiss (somehow) and Prib instantly throws up. This "kiss-'n-vomit" trope can be seen in several series. Either one or both or a third party vomit after or while we see two guys kissing...That really pisses me off, more than Nut's behaviour, honestly.
I put this in spoiler mode, just not to spoil too much for other readers.

I am not looking for perfection. I just am shocked, after I thought this series to be quite fluffy, with the normal dramatic tropes. I think, this is the first BL series where I see the shipped couple smacking the face. But, as I pointed out below, I can understand it.

I did not want to start a war with you, Hermine. I only replied because I found your post interesting. I am sorry that you thought I am attacking you. I do not want to write again about this. I just have another view on Nut and his behaviour. I found it one of the most realistic scenes in BL, honest truthful. Under such conditions most people would react with anger and some even with violence. And thank you for your "Fighting!" comment below. I really appreciate it and, for sure, I will fight for that...
Is 2022 the year for PRICKS, as male leading characters in Thai BL dramas…?- First, we had Theo in Enchanté.-…
I don't think that you really can compare these two characters. Theo was just a jerk, self-centred and spoiled. In favor of Nut: His mother did not only lose her husband, he also lost his father. Not all people can cope in harmony with situations like this. People react differently in challenging situations. And some use violence. The series did not propagate this, while Enchanté pictured Theo-Akk as a dream couple.
Ken’s parents are the best lol, supportive and let their son be open with them.
Wish, my parents would be like that. They've known that I am gay for 30 years, but my mother still thinks "it's just a phase"... Sometimes it is sad that strangers accept me and my bf more than my own parents do...
It's refreshing to read the comments here. In Youtube, there is only praise for this series, like it is the best series ever. I enjoyed it, but I saw quite some problems, especially in this final episode. Nice to see that here are also people reflecting on it there on MDL.
Okay, after reading the comments I feel better. I am glad, it is not me. I was near to check into a hospital to get a brain check. Now I realise that I am not the only one who has some problems. I also understand now what the production team's problems are. Let me sum my personal opinion: If there is a season 2 I am open to give it a try - unless it were as messy as this season now.
I made up my mind. I no longer try to understand the (well hidden) message of physical therapy.I decided it was…
Yes. I do the same. My mental wellbeing is more important. Parts of the story look like a 10-yo wrote it. Like, let's imagine how adults work, for example. I try to switch my brain of when it starts and try not to think about the series after watching it.
Nice little story. Unfortunately, it seems that I am face-blind to Koreans. Plainly said, most of the cast looks the same to me, which does not help me understanding what is going on. I have not had this problem with Japanese or Thai series so far, haha. Maybe with more experience in Korean series I will feel into that.

I feel pity for the actors. Maybe they can excuse it with need for money.

Apparently I am too stupid to understand this story.
