* Both dramas share similar themes and revolve around the fashion industry.
* In both dramas, they have disgruntled engaged lovers who were presumed dead in an accident, only to return with a different identity. The misunderstandings between the couple led to the belief that their engaged lover had been unfaithful before the accidents. Due to the misunderstandings, they feel resentment, which fuels their desire for payback in their return. In both dramas, their lovers remain faithful and devoted with their love despite thinking their partner had died.
*In both dramas, one of the main characters has a younger sibling who is autistic and requires special care. Their partners have been taking care of the younger siblings as the primary guardians.
*I even believe some of the sets and shooting locations they filmed in for 'Return the World to You' were used to film "Look Up There's Starlight".
