Ep 1-2 : huiju clearly states that her reason for marrying the prince is to elevate her social status, gain power,…
It simply does not make sense for Huiju to not know this and jump into a contract marriage. I'm assuming there's some way it'll benefit her despite the law or uplift her social status in a permanent manner even after divorce. They'd probably address it in the coming episodes or else it'd be a huge plot hole.
I would expected her to have learned something about how the royalty operates while earning high grades and honor…
Royals being involved in business has a way larger effect than them marrying commoners though. It's frowned upon, yes but it only impacts the prestige of the crown to an extent but being involved in business or politics nullifies the neutrality of the royals I assume.
Nope, there are two separate couples with no love triangles.
You're welcome! All the leads can be considered alive at the end I guess. The ending is a bit up for interpretation honestly. It could be a happy ending or a little bittersweet, depending on how you see it.
Guys help π I just finished my PoJ fanart and was looking through photos for ref for a VoS one but I can't choose?? Like why are there so many beautiful shots and so many people I want to draw π
Omg!!!! I mean the story was such a rollercoaster..... You actually need brain to understand what all is happening…
I also feel like WSG as a character had way more potential which was unfortunately not fully realised, especially in the final battle. But as for him being less informed, especially compared to Ji Ling, you'll have to understand that JL spent a hundred years preparing to fight Jiu Ying. WSG on the other went from wanting to kill the dragon deity to being the dragon deity in the span of few weeks (?). Even most of the support system involved (LJ, 4 great demons, the Shilin sect demon hunters) were more JL's people than his and he wasn't even sure he could count on them like you could see him visibly surprised and relieved when they showed up to help him. On top of that, he had a fragment of JY inside him for the most part so they couldn't even fill him up with all the info so he always had to operate based on his instincts with limited information, so I think it's understandable that it took him a while to get his bearings.
I think JL just doesn't exist in this world anymore either. Otherwise why wouldn't Li Jie remember who he was…
Ji Ling has to exist because Li Jie exists. If there was no JL, there would be no reason YWH would die with regrets over not being able to protect him.
You and me both ππ When this drama was still airing, I was like as long as he is alive I'll be happy but…
I don't think his obsession will be as strong as YWH as YWH's regrets were amplied by the butterfly demons but yeah π Someone pls tell me JL and LWY are in the same timeline and someday LJ is going to find Ji Ling.
I'm sorry but as much as i am satisfied with this ending. i still cant sleep well with the fact that lijie didnt…
You and me both ππ When this drama was still airing, I was like as long as he is alive I'll be happy but now I just can't used to fact that he'll spend his entire life searching for something he can never find π
