We got the first info about Jiuchuan sharing a body or a special bond with a tiger spirit that had failed tribulation....but in the description the fans gathered of the novel char I don't remember one. Maybe there was, but what i remember is that he will have some bond with Feng Ya, but he forged the dragon veins.. so maybe this is a change..

It's based on the novel, see the link...the novel has a girl as the mc...this is now the role Rui plays...but as the director hinted, there'll probably be changes...not only the change of the MC...I'm not sure what changes, but to me it seemed that they'll be using the extra chapters as a base to write on, but if true, then the timeline will not add up with one major event from the main novel, so they would have to make up the new story behind one major event that happened in the main novel...

Omg...BTG is really something else. Plz do watch it. Every ep is worth rewatching just to catch all the details. Ep 4 esp left me speechless..I had to rewatch it right away..The world is dark, gore and bloody. Some scenes made me wonder whom they killed on the censorship board 😄The mc has a brain I haven’t seen in a long time. The way and place he grew up make perfect sense for why he became such a ruthless and efficient killer. And he knows when to retreat if his chances of surviving are low..waiting for the right moment to strike back.
Still need to continue DC. I haven’t read the novel...I only gathered some basic info abt the characters and the relationships. From that....i got a bromance coded vibe...tho not a typical one. It seems that for TLC more than one relationship is important, and some of them appear more complex..

Tbh I'm not even sure if all are novel fans..it’s just you take one thing nd deliberately make a buzz..if not this it could be smth else...while in reality we can't even know how many of these voices have heard of the novel, let alone read it..
Think that this kind of buzz will disappear as always nd it's yet to be seen what other changes they will make..but as long as they don't market it as a classic novel adaptation I'm fine with it..loose adaptations are what we often see and as long as we know it's just loosely or "inspired by" it's ok with me..

Seems like Rui’s dualism will be at its maximum here. So far...I've seen him strong, soft, wild, youthful, delicate nd yet having commanding, cold, and stern presence. Every pic, clip nd face expression were diff. ...I guess we should just strap in for the roller-coaster ride..☠️⚠️👌

I'll def gonna continue RI, i was waiting for the ep to pile up, i can't with this 1 ep/week thing..tho i making an exception right now with 2 new donghua. One is Beyond Time's Gaze..another Ergen work..it’s excellent..not just the character nd world building but the animation itself. I like how darker nd more brutal the world is, nd the mc a survivor from the slums. That's the only thing I'm watching rn..nd reading this manhua. When i started watching WoF i was visiting the mdl pge nd noticed some acc pushing stronly for the romance plot..nd some messy fighting with bromance fans..maybe i could recognize the name if you're willing to share...the romance wasn't there imo, not in those 15 episodes I'd seen before this pause of mine..but my general attitude is ship whichever character with whomever just don't be hostile abt it, requesting others to think the same nd it was annoying seeing some comments doing just that..and another annoying thing is downvoting cause of little to no romance ..these dramas tend to be more intelligent imo but get trashed purely cause of the no-romance thing..

Lol... tbh i haven’t heard abt the reverse harem thing...only stuff about the two main ML leads nd her. As far as I know..Jan Jiang and Wei Jing are friends tho Jan Jiang keeps denying it ..even when they’re basically inseparable nd glued tght. Shortly, JJ is young high positioned genius with a short temper, flares up easily. He has zero sense of direction and gets lost constantly...flusters easily and have an aversion to romantic attention from women..
