But if the original novel is genuinely good and they do revert the plot back to a proper single male lead, I wouldn’t mind him reconsidering. Still… I’m torn. They’ve already breached the contract and broken that initial trust. Even if they fix the synopsis now, who knows what else they’ll pull once he’s locked into filming? Will he get the fair treatment and spotlight he deserves? It’s really hard to believe them at this point.

I know him being injured while filming this drama and the fact that he couldn't join another drama because of that but I wasn't fully aware of the copyright issues. This is very sad 1 year is not a small time. The producer must be held responsible for this whole situation. I'm just sad that Chengyi's hard work is going to waste considering that he is an actor who gives best in his work. Anyways I'm really happy we can see the journey of legend soon the anticipation I have for this drama😩. I hope they will air it in May without pushing it. Also thanks for your reply.

If this doesn’t air that would be a waste of the cast and the crews hard work. But why did the producer buy the adaptation rights before starting filming? Knowing the tight rules and regulations in the cent isn’t that a risk ?
