I recommend u to watch it. Everything u have mentioned here is included in this drama. Mainly the angst part lol. I have watched this for 3 times and i can still watch this for thousand more. One of the main reasons i started loving xianxia genre and cdrama entertainment was bcz of this. This drama is my first in chinese fantasy genre. If i have to choose between AOL and LAR then it would be LAR. Still i love ashes of love very much but this one more. U can watch both the dramas but if u want to watch something first then give this one a try followed by AOL.

hmm it seems like if they don"t get the distribution license this month this drama will postpone to winter premiere. Still lets be positive since summer isn't over yet i hope they will start airing this even at the end of august.

As main roles he only did two xianxia dramas. Love and redemption and immortal samsara only. I don’t mind a three.

This drama has slow pace romance. Many flirting and jealous moments. 1-2 kiss scenes. It’s a cute love story. I really loved this. U can give it a go.

Well it’s very confusing they are together before the confession😂. They basically start dating in like ep 13. But the confession to each other is in ep 20s(21,22,23,24) I guess. I can’t remember the exact ep.

I think 7 eps are available in YouTube but as far as I know iqiyi just drop only few of the eps in YouTube the rest we much watch in another website. But some dramas they release all the episodes on YouTube. So I wonder if this is like that.

Who rules the world ofc I don’t know cuz many said it was bad I didn’t give it a try but I watched ancient love poetry I have to say that eventhough the acting was gd it didn’t give me any emotions like ashes of love and love and redemption.

Is he again rumored for this drama? He has a lot of rumored dramas. It’s exciting. Before this it was Fox spirit matchmaker(this one is great though) but the wang Quan arc. It’s gd if he participate in one of the drama adaptation.
