It's really enjoyable. No annoying characters at the moment.

I have watched too many of these types of tropes. Unless there is a new approach, I won't watch it. My time is limited, so I will choose what to watch.

Don't tell me there is another woman scheming and fighting for the main lead. So annoying, I'll drop this. I'm so done with this trope. Boring.

Generally it does not only depend on the actors if a show is good or not. Script and directing are important as well. On the other hand, idol dramas are rated based on actors only, so just ignore it. I'm not commenting on this show in particular.

I'm enjoying this. It is better than expected, not only an idol drama.

If you don't have anything to watch, I would recommend you to watch the first 20 episodes of this drama. It's quite entertaining. Even if I drop it now, I don't regret it. And the ending OST is beautiful.

They made a female oriented story in to something else. They are only male directors and scriptwriters. They even removed A Mai from the english title.

But in real life I don't want to have a stupid boss. If he wasn't her boss, but she his boss then maybe.

I was happy because there was no court and no princess. And now there is.

The romance part is definitively the weak part. I feel the ML is not any better than these dominering leads. He's manipulating the relationship with the FL. How can he be heartbroken when there never was anything. So she had to pay him back with a kiss? What a manipulative ML.

Actually I enjoy it when even the rest of the cast is good! If the SL is not good, the result is not the same. So I highly support the good SL!

Looking too delicate would definitively not be advantageous.

On iQiyi he is called General Chang Yuqing. Why is he called Cheng Yuqing here on MDL?

I'm surprisingly enjoying this. And the OST is good too. No forced sweet moments, the less romance the better for me. All the main characters have their own story, which I really like.

I don't understand your comment. I like the actress since the Legend of YunXi, but here I think she looks unhealthy to me, but it can also be the makeup/camera. And having read about certain director for an actress to loose weight (she's already thin), because it is considered more beautiful, is worrying.

Ju Jing Yi looks very skinny here. Did something happen to her? Is this the new standard for women now? She looks unhealthy. That upsets me! Is it only me?
