well currently im half way through ep13 (latest one), and the confession just happened (no answer tho), they both caught feelings a while back during their school days. FL sets boundaries with SML, he's seen as a childhood friend, and a brother figure, as they grew up together in the same building thingy. I'll update you if anything happens/changes beyond the confession part.
