Oh yes, I was strictly speaking on the criticism on the actors themselves, and well the hate they're getting for being "unable" to act. I completely agree that plot isn't impressive so far, and tropes aren't great either, although I will continue to watch. yes that i completely agree with, but ngl even with kdramas that have good scripts, this happens way too much, the maturity level of fans are so different, or maybe the tone is already set that way in the comment sections.

Hahaa so true, but at least cdrama comment sections have more intellectual discussions and debates on the plot along with theories, not just pure hate and fan wars. Kdrama comment sections always feel somewhat regressive.

I think the 2nd point is the biggest thing here. People can't comprehend the characters, and the fact that this is exactly how they're meant to be portrayed. It's also only the 1st ep, the emotions will only come in later, obviously.
