I just finished this, and I liked it. The plot was great and Lee Tae Vin was such a great actor. he’s charming, and Cha Joo Wan was also cute (though I feel like there are some scenes where his acting is sometimes awkward, not sure if the character was just supposed to be acted that way). The story was also touching and I liked the message it brings. However, I was a bit confused in the last 2 episodes, and I feel like there are some plot holes or inconsistencies, but overall enjoyable for me.
For some reason, I’m scared of starting this… I’ve heard about the cheating, and I saw some clips and looks like their scenes are super intense. Can you give me some minor spoilers or specific triggers I need to prepare for? I easily get anxious especially if there are cheating scenes, wondering when they are going to get caught
I love that we are getting romance (and not just bromance) for a mystery/investigation drama. I love watching these dramas and don’t get me wrong, I like the bromance, but sometimes the leads have explosive chemistry that I wish it turns into a romance. So finally I’m getting what I want. Though I wish I watched this after it is finished so I didn’t have to suffer now waiting 😫
there were a lot of misunderstanding... so be prepared for that. And the exes are annoying 😅. honestly the…
thank you so much for this! oh i can feel this is going to be heartbreaking… but I really like their chemistry and acting. so just want to ready myself :)
this was in my on hold, and I think I stopped at episode 14 few years ago. but seeing this getting so much love until now makes me want to rewatch it and finish it this time around
i’m at episode 7 and really liking it so far. but i’m getting worried as people said that the 2nd half was such a mess and it went downhill from there. hopefully that’s just a matter of preference and that the next episodes were still enjoyable for me. can anyone spoil me a bit why they are saying that just so i can prepare myself? Were there a lot of misunderstandings? or third act breakup? Or are the exes super annoying?
i just started watching and sorry but I can’t help but laugh at Wu Suo Wei being hit in the head in 2 different occasions. It was so random and out of nowhere lol. okay back to watching
I’ve been really enjoying this and lol’ing and giggling at every scene, but I’m now at episode 8, and I’m really not liking every time Tawan comes into the picture (nothing against Perth) but really hate this character. :(
also, I don’t know why it went down to 7.8 because this was really good. maybe over the years, people’s standard for BL dramas went up too as more BL dramas were released?
ohh so that’s why his face was so familiar in Teach You a Lesson. I remember giving this a 10 rating years ago, maybe that’s why I also can’t hate this guy even though he’s such a bully in TYaL
this is the first time I laughed out loud on a BL drama. Pond is such a natural. any other dramas as funny as this one, where the comedy is not forced?
can i ask why was it painful to watch? i’m planning to watch it so I wanted to know if it’s worth watching…
i have started watching this, and now I get what you’re saying about lakorn humor. I haven’t watched too many lakorn dramas, but I still find this enjoyable, and I love that Thee is so extra (and I meant that in a good way) haha
