I haven't seen the dramas of your 5th, 4th and 3rd place yet, so I can't say anything about those.
When it comes to Kim Hyun Joon though, I was actually relieved when he didn't get the girl, simply because I thought that she didn't deserve him. For me Geum Jan Di was the most dislikable and obnoxious female lead ever (sorry if that offends someone, but I couldn't stand her!). I was really hoping for someone else to show up and heal Ji Hoo's heart though. I really liked him, whereas I thought that Jun Pyo totally deserved Jan Di (he's gonna suffer so much with her...) [Off topic: I didn't really like BOF in general, I only finished it because of the Yi Jung/Ga Eul storyline.]
And I couldn't agree more when it comes to your first place Shin Woo. I really liked Tae Kyung (he was hilarious and cute), but I was simply dying to see Shin Woo and Go Mi Nam together. But I still love the drama!
I only wanted to check this drama, I promised that I will only watch the first episode but now I find myself watching…
Haha, I can totally relate to that. I discovered this show a few days ago and I just wanted to check out the first episode before going to bed... Suddenly it was 4am in the morning xD
1. Kang Tae Joon (To The Beautiful You) - He's such a great friend/love interest and I love how he always admitted that he's jealous. Most heroes just try to deny it and start to act mean towards the heroine.
2. Hwang Tae Kyung (You're Beautiful) - Even though I wanted Mi Nam to end up with Shin Woo, this hyung-nim made me laugh so much. And once he realized that he was in love with Mi Nam he actually became quite adorable (still prickly, though, and I loved that!)
3. JB (Dream High 2) - I know a lot of people didn't like this drama, but I actually prefered it to the "first season". They way he slowly let go of his misconceptions and admitted this feelings was just so touching. The ending was unnecessary, though -.-
I agree with Go Mi Nam and Go Hye Mi. They are both strangely appealing and refreshing characters. I don't know Kim Yoon Shik and Shin Ji Hyun. Might have to check out those dramas.
But I completely disagree with Geum Jan Di. She was the reason I couldn't enjoy BOF (only finished it because of the Ga Eul/Yi Jung storyline). I thought of her as annoying, brainless and even a bit heartless. I know there are a lot of people who love her, but I'm just not one of them.
