For Tencent and Youku, S+ is their highest class designation. That means the headliner dramas for their platforms – the biggest IPs, the biggest names, which also means these dramas are allocated bigger budgets. After S+ comes S, then A (and Youku apparently has A+ in between S and A), then B. Most probably this drama S+
